  Ok. Finally I found the downtime. We had to add a new switch of the battery.

  I took 1/xg1 cable and put it in the 4\xg1 port to connect to the new switch.

  Also updated to the latest firmware.

  Result:

  -There was no errors for 2 the first 2 days.

  -first 8 mistakes happened today on port 4/xg1

  What is the table (in terms of bytes and lines)?  How long does this query takes to run?  How many rows it returns?  The frequency at which it runs?

  Is the updated table (inserts, updates, deletes) to a very high rate when the query is running?

  Is there a way you can avoid this query or part of the application that executes this query?

  The error message indicates that the duration of the query was 103, 367seconds who is 28.7 hours.  There were bugs in older versions of the 10.2.0.x the length of query reported was incorrect.  Therefore, it is best to run the query yourself and check.

  The 601 error is a problem with the main battery which I think is just old. Have you tried to remove the battery and leave the laptop with only the power adapter?

  It's not the CMOS battery battery. There is a huge difference in price.

  Batteries for portable computers becomes defective after two years is relatively common. It all depends on how you have your power set up options and how you use your laptop.

  Do you have calibrated your battery?

  After the calibration of your battery if the symptoms remain the same, I would strolgly consider to replace the main battery of the laptop with a new one. Be sure and calibrate your new battery shortly after its initial charge.

  You must update the BIOS of your laptop if the version isn't F.32

  There has been several BIOS updates since the original. All you need is the current.

  I just got a new battery for my laptop. I plugged it in and it turns on ok and works ok on battery power, however... the battery meter in the taskbar is not recognizing the new battery.

  I get the error message "Battery not detected" when battery attached and AC plugged in, and I get "Remaining unknown" when just on battery and removed AC.

  Your Z570 is not supported for this software. Most of the functions will work on your system, but the battery report no not because you do not have the "Power Manager" in your Z570. I think that you have the software of "energy management".

  Since a few days my battery shows a red cross on it and gives the error no battery detected. now, all of a sudden the icon disappeared and there is no way of knowing whether or not the battery is charging. the start icon displays still no battery detected but the Tablet works for now but do not know for how long.

  Well finally got my charger and replaced. works fine now. no real solution why this happened. hope that the new battery and charger stick out on this great device.
