  Follow these steps and check if the problem persists.

  I suggest you to reinstall modem drivers:

  (a) go to the manufacturer website and download the drivers. This will
  usually come as a zip file or installation program.

  (b) if its an installation program, run it. No need to go further.

  (c) if it is a zip file, unzip all the files in a temporary directory.

  (d) right click on my computer, then select Properties > | material | > Device of
  Manager.

  (e) to locate the modem on your equipment list. It could be among the "pci
  device communication "or similar.

  (f) right click the icon and select get updated driver.

  (g) install from a specific location and follow the instructions of the wizard through. Specify
  where you unzipped the files. Some create additional records
  decompression so you will look for an INF.

  (h) proceed to configure the modem in the properties applet, phone and modem in the
  Control Panel and verify that your settings are correct.

  I suggest that you follow these steps and check if the problem persists.

  Step 1:

  Test the issue in safe mode with network.

  Step 2:

  If it works fine in safe mode with network, turn on your computer in a clean boot State and check if the problem persists.

  Note: Don't forget to restart your computer as usual.l.

  Step 3:

  Problem can be linked to a malware infection, I would have you download, install and run Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if the problem persists.

  Why can't click a picture in the mail app and have it launch a photo viewing application. ?

  What you need to do is to go to control panel > programs > by default of the programs > set your default programs. Or search for programs by default, which must raise I have right as well (just start typing on the splash screen or slide from left to right and click on the search button).   You should be able to run both versions, install JRE 6, which you should be able to get to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
  Once installed, if you go into control panel > java > java > view > enable 1.6, disable 1.7

  Hi, I had the same problem, make sure that you only install the game correctly! Make sure you have the latest version of directX installed.

  Thanks for posting with us.  Unfortunately, you're going to need an XP CD or disk recovery supplied with your computer.  If you are unable to get the Safe Mode options by pressing F8 during startup, or no options doesn't work, then you must start with the CD.  Put it on a key USB will not help you.  Most PC manufacturers will sell the disc of recovery for a reasonable price.

  I have a Dell Inspiron that does not let me login. At first, I thought it was not recognizing the password, but when I entered incorrectly, it prompted to saying me that it's a mistake, and I also managed to get in with this password in safe mode. That's why I removed the password. However, the problem is still on. It says the user profile is unable to connect and goes no further. Safe mode, I can't make a back up or make a new user profile. I fear that I will lose the windows if I don't save and I enter the key again which means that I have to buy a new it hosts only 3 computers.

  Could you advice kindly accordingly?

• Used to be able to send pictures on Outlook Express 6.0. Now my friends are unable to open the files that I send to them.

  I am running Windows XP and have all the updates.  I use a Dell computer six years but still works well.    I have Outlook Express 6.0, which I think is common to updates.  Until last week, I used to be able to go in the folder 'My images' my documents.  Then I could click on the thumbnail of the photo and choose E-mail this file option.  I can still do all of these things, and in my folder of emails sent, it seems that my email has been sent with the image in two piece attached and incorporated into the enamel.  BUT my friends say the email is empty or the picture is distorted with the bottom half cut off when they try to open it.  I haven't changed anything, why what is happening?

  It would seem that something is corrupting the message when you send it, and when it happens.  Try to send you a copy of the messages you send with pictures and see if you get the message intact.  Compare what you get with what is in your sent items folder.  BTW, images are attached only once.  By default, they will appear at the end of messages if they are attached, but they are not included twice when transmitted.

  If you receive a message truncated as your other recipients, find interference antivirus (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  You can also try to rule out problems on your computer by clicking file | Store identity in OE and establishment of a new identity, which will give you a new message and the hive of the registry, then you can add your account and test to see if this solves the problem.

  I encountered a very strange error with InDesign CC after you save a file created in CS4. I would like to attach the file but I don't know how to do this, if I can.
