• No Notification sound when the connection/disconnection of USB device

  I am running Windows 7 on a separate partition on a 2011 MacBook Pro (installed via Boot Camp).

  This laptop has two USB ports on the left side.

  If I connect/disconnect a USB device to the port more back, I get the notification sound as usual.

  However, if I log out these same devices to the port further there is no notification even if the devices are recognized & seem to work fine.

  Can anyone tell how to enable notification of this port please?

  The sound scheme has already been set to "Windows default", but just for good measure, I changed it but it made no difference.

  As mentioned be notified when you use one of the ports USB, but not the other.

  I posted this in an Apple forum & other users of this machine & installation are reporting the issue even if it seems to be a generic hardware problem & not just something on my own system.

When I connect the device, windows installs the drivers. So far so good. When the drivers are installed, the laptop recognizes the GF210 and it connects.   Because your system is unable to recognize the Garmin unit long enough to change the drive letter, I have recommended to perform a backup and restore of your operating system.   Our VP of finance was recently provided with a new HP Probook 8770w. It has a docking of 90 watts and an SSD. She complains that when she shut the machine and detaches, then opens again the machine for meetings she can not get display drivers to detect other options to display as you reconnect to an another external monitor or projector. What is the best driver we can provide him and what other steps should take to ensure that it is able to disconnect/dock, sleep and display dynamically and smoothly? I'm the support office for this company engineer. I use HP almost exclusively and it would be useful to have a way to resolve this sort of thing (as I've seen before).

  I think you might need to install some sort of 3rd party software.
  For example the tool as + CrystalDiskInfo + it s HARD/SSD drive utility software that takes over a part of the connection USB and Intel RAID.

  My current hard drive is password protected (I know the password).
  My questions are:

  If I switch to a new hard drive, a new retains the old password or not?

  Can I use the old drive with an external enclosure as an external drive, or it is impossible?

  I already tried to delete the password for hard drive with the methods presented on this forum by going into the BIOS, but version 3.8 has no option to remove the HDD password and I think that it is impossible to remove it.

  You can remove the HDD password (if it s you known) in the BIOS.
  In the field "User password" tab and just enter the old password. If you do want to set the new password, and then press "Enter".

  I am facing a problem in EBS integration of the invoice of the OTM.
  AP invoice header is inserted, the AP invoice lines does not get inserted due to the below error in BPEL. Import of payment fails, as there are no invoice lines.

  
  Anomaly of the non-recoverable system:
  Exception occurred when the link was invoked. Exception occurred during invocation of the JCA binding: "JCA binding run reference"insert"operations have to: DBWriteInteractionSpec Execute Failed Exception." insertion failed. The descriptor name: [APInvoice.ApInvoicesInterface]. Caused by java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (AP. AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE_U1) violated. Check the logs for the record output full DBAdapter before this exception. This exception is considered non reproducible, probably due to an error of modeling. To be classified as reproducible rather add property nonRetriableErrorCodes with the value "-1" for the deployment descriptor (i.e. weblogic - RA.Xml). Auto retry a reproducible fault set composite.xml for this invoke these properties: jca.retry.interval, jca.retry.count and jca.retry.backoff. All properties are integers. ". The called JCA adapter threw an exception of resource. Please review the error message above carefully to determine a resolution.

  Is their anything I can change something in the BPEL process to refresh the cache of the sequence all the time.

  Alternative, I think now is below.
  1. check with customer if they can do the sequence AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE_S as NOCACHE.
  2. pull the invoice line via pl/sql adapter and complete the invoice line. But in this case, I'm not sure if Web APInvoice service code will try to update with the generated BPEL sequence.

  Any direction on this issue will be of great help.

  The problem has been resolved with the creation of this «sequencePreallocationSize» DBAdpater
  As this property is set to 50 DB adapter's default, it did not fit with the INCREMENT BY the AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE_S sequence that has been set to 1.

  What happens in the adaptor DB is, when the first record is created, it takes the nextval in the sequence (assume it is 20), however it uses then his own sequence internal for the next 50 files by reference to the value set in this property (by creating records with primary keys from 20 to 70) and only when this internal sequence is exhausted it will return to the sequence of database.
  Meanwhile, any other inovoice created AP would recover DB, which could be his word to say value 21, in conflict with the inserted by BPEL, throw a unique constraint.

  Setting this property to 1 or corresponding increment sequence solved the problem.

  We are currently testing the deployment of DRCP with 11g. I have the setup of this (to my knowledge), but I am facing a problem. Oci_close call does not seem to release the connection to the pool, because I expect and that is why we see similar behavior as we receive without using the DRCP.
  
  Our facility is using two instances of CCR 11.1.0.6.0 running, I use PHP 5.1.6 with installed from PECL oci8 1.3.4. DRCP pool is configured and launched, each with 100 servers max.
  
  When the Web server is idle, well, it looks like slow motion.

  Don't forget to use oci_free_statement ($s); See "Closing Oracle Connections" in the Underground PHP and Oracle manual. (I was just simplify this example today for the next version of the manual).

  It seems that Siri is reluctant to make his debut on your iMac after upgrade to Mac OS Sierra. I want to make sure that you get the benefit of this new feature on a Mac.

  4. on OS X Recovery - the issue as part of the operating system, reinstall should do.
