• Focus of the app lost when VSStudio is open in win 7

  I have a sign in application it's built in .net/Vs2010, when I run it on win 7 with firm... VSStudio app works very well that he steals the focus and works like a forground window... but as soon as I launch visual studio 2010, the leading feature no longer works thereafter. I tried even to change the registry setting to 0 for setforgroundlockedtimeout. but it works until the VS2010 is closed.

  As soon as you open VS2010... win32 api call SetForegroundWindow() fails to keep the foreground window. There after if you shut up VS2010 always not behave in the way that it supposed to be. Let this work once again, I have to restart or logout m/c then app started working as expected, but if you open studio... Update loses automatically from my application for somehwere else.

  Is plase advice the real culprit of VSStudio or something else?

  @tensioncore: PageViewStack.as stores its current page variable _current_page private and at least the version I uploaded, which I think is current, is not a function for this variable get accessor.  But it's easy to fix.  Simply add this code to your local version of PageViewStack.as:

     return _current_page;
  }
  

  and then in your code where you need to check that your page view stack is currently on the page, just make reference

  this.stack.current_page

• Loses focus when we minimize and maximize the browser?

  In my application, I lose the focus on components when I minimize and maximize the browser. For example I clicked on textinput and focus comes to TextInput component. And now if minimize and maximize my browser once again then the TextInput component loses focus. I want it to focus and activated when I maximixe the browser.

  Not only for TextInput for any component. Please we suggest the best way and give a better solutions to get out of this problem. I want the focus to be stay on the same component after minimize and maximize the browser.

  Some browsers like IE allow you to write the JS and set the focus to the player

  I checked the 'what are App Tabs?' and read the following descriptions:

  App Tabs will inform you with a blue highlight when they change.

  Quite simply, the blue highlight is caused by a change in title.
  It was a fix implemented in response to the bug "App Tabs should indicate the change in status in < title >".

  The App tab will then turn blue whenever it loses focus, until it is then regenerated.

  Brief explanation:

  I installed my WebWorks and the app SketchPad was correctly executed on a simulator, although .

  1) click your mouse on the bottom bevel (a black bar that surrounds the PlayBook screen) and drag it upward, upward.  This will minimize the app, and you can close it from there.

  (2) touch interactions with WebWorks come the WebKit engine underlying, that supports the TouchStart event, touchstart and TouchMove (as well as all mouse events too).  Application gestures will have to be implemented on your own.  This is possible thanks to the time tracking & location of events sequential touch measure the direction and speed of a given 'gesture'.

  3) click on the category 'All' from the home screen to see all applications.

  As far as I KNOW, the NBC sports app is only available for iDevices and Apple TV 4. There is no version for computers.

• Return the focus to the main window of VI

  In fact, the scenario is a little more complicated than what is described.

  Don't know much about your LVOOP, but I guess you know VI, FP. Run - Time.Minimized, to reduce to a minimum the dynamic VI of VI of the hand or the dynamics VI himself.

  Or you can use the Application method "Bring forward" after spawning dynamic VI. This will give the main VI keyboard back focus. I believe in KISSING.

  I have a form that the user will fill out which has many controls for string and enum, over 40.

  Wil user tab and fill out one by one. I want to set focus on the control when the user clicks on it.

  I don't want to do more than 40 cases of events and each control separately.

  My another idea is to get refs and the positions of all the controls in the FP, then monitor mouse click event on PS, get the guts and find this control.

  But maybe there's a more elegant way that I don't know?

  You can place all references in a table and join a mouse down event. In an eventstructure use the dynamic event for the enum modifyy, you clicked.

  One of my users is to have an exception "does not" my app that requires a reboot. However, after it reboot it appears that the event log is disabled. Is there a setting to force an event log persistent?

  The event log must remain after a reboot. However, it's a finite size and the oldest entries are allowed out when new is added and there are many connected to the start. Then references to your application can be removed when the user reboots.

  I do not know what past all I KNOW the app called is not informed of which invokes this past that stage of the initial call, therefore no mechanism is a reminder when the application is closed.

  Obviously if you wrote the video player yourself you could invoke back or set up signs saying closed process.

  One proposed by Simon is 'Close' and that you save enough information to rebuild your Application in the State was restoring it when it is reopened.

  Alternately, instead of really close your application, you could just put it on the bottom using

  UiApplication.getUiApplication () .requestbackground ();

  Once in the background, when the user selects again your application it will start immediately and will be exactly as it was left.

  This does not, of course, runs through judgment or commissioning of treatment you could want, so, for example, will not store all resources you want to put away when you know that the user is going to use your app for a while.  To help with this, look at the Application.activate () and Application.deactivate () methods.

• The App initialization: when and where?

  In a recent update BB10, I noticed that, if an application is not fully initialize in the 5-6 seconds that newspapers appears:
