  I just do a fresh install of the latest version of Mac OS X (10.11.4) yesterday and I set up all my accounts, applications, plugins, etc.

  I met a problem when I wanted to install my VPN client. The installer would not lance. I contacted their support and they suggested that my account privileges were defective. I had to do a second admin account and try to run the installer it.

  I tried this and it worked! The installer would launch as it should. This means however that my first created account (created when you set up when you first start) is broken and not completely an admin from my laptop. The check mark from the admin is checked in the settings of the system, but apparently due to a bug I am not allowed to run .pkg installers or authenticate the VPN client to change my network configurations. When I get the pop-up to enter my password it just comes back. I also tried to use the account name and the password of the second account, but it does not work either.

  I could move all my stuff on the newly created account, but that would mean I have to reconfigure everything. It would be very boring, because I did all this and it's a lot of work.

  Someone here who has the same kind of problem? Or someone who knows how I can get my return permissions, or use the second account to authenticate the changes?

  Try a reboot.

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  I'm not 100% sure if you are referring to your account admin on your Mac, if you were not made me know that I would love to help with anything that anyone else. Anyway, if you need to reset your password for your admin account, so you can leave Flash Player just install, follow these steps and you should be able to reset the password of the admin account. You need to restart your computer. Then, press the command and R keys at the same time when the gray screen appears and hold them until you see the Apple logo. A low loading bar will appear under the logo. Then wait for the recovery mode to load click the utilities tab in the menu bar, select Terminal, type resetpassword, and press ENTER. Close the Terminal window and behind it, you will find the password reset utility. Everything you have to do now is to select the user account you want to reset, enter a new password or leave the field empty and click Save.   It was delivered with Windows XP Pro, W2k and Win98. You can order all the images of this Toshiba home Toshiba service partner. That's why Tecra 9000 does support Windows XP!

• F20-137: TV Tuner does not work on MCE

  I just purchased a Qosmio F20-137 and when I set up the TV Tuner (DVB - T) I had no problem. However when I try to watch TV on Media Center he frequently stutters and loses its signal (about once every 2/3 minutes). I tried a couple of different antennas ready (DVB - T), but the problem persists.

  I thought it was due to the TNT being strong enough signal. However I recently bought a £45 Freecom (DVB - T) usb to my desktop and it rarely or never stutters or loses its signal. The USB device does not work on the Qosmio so that I couldn't try on that.

  Is that what this indicates that there may be a problem with my laptop? Or can anyone suggest a possible solution to the problem?

  (1) your bios can recognize an external input device and causing the keyboard not working after giving you access.

  (2) remove all other usb devices you have connected (mouse, webcam or other) because they could be interpreted as an external keyboard

  (3) if there is no USB device connected and the problem persists... remove your keyboard drivers external usb while you plug it (remove drivers dethrone device) and before you restart your computer, make sure to remove the external keyboard.

  (3) you can have a software virus recorder or a keyboard that connects to the interruption of your keyboard.

  If none of these permits, try to boot in an o/s different as the knoppix linux that runs directly from cd without need of installation. If your keyboard did not always works, then bring it to support, because the internal flat cable might came down in part.
