  What is an exception code? What did you do with him? Have you noticed this problem in the past?

  Is that the Toshiba PC diagnostic tool is part of the Toshiba value added package and who knows what you have done.

  1. have you uninstalled all 3 programs listed?

  If so, you will need to reinstall the programs, remove them from the DEP.

  After the removal of the DEP try to uninstall the programs again.

  Be sure and check with the manufacturer of the game's support and their forums (if any).

  What operating system is installed on the PC?  I am currently moving to forum Windows 8.

  It seems to be a problem with the software installed for the device or third-party software is in conflict with this device.  Mobile engineering does not (not confirmed) seems to be a software provided with this unit.

  It seems that your dates are stored as an offset (number) of JAN-00-1900.
  This isn't a Julian date. Julian dates are starting to 01-JAN-4713 BC. Oracle interpreter originally Julian as 01-JAN-4712 BC, probably having to do with non-existent year 0.

  Anyway, you add two numbers, interpreting and converted into character as a date in the form YYYYDDD.
  It will work for a range of 1 to 365. Error ORA-01848 will cause another digit.

  What you need to do instead, is to take your original as a date (which would be 01/01/1900) and add a number of days (minus 1 since your original one is off).

  sql> select to_date('19000101','YYYYMMDD') + datecolumn_which_is_actually_a_number - 1 from dual;
  

  But the real WTF is storing a date in a number instead of a date data type.

• Firefox keeps crashing. I have uninstalled/reinstalled/restart in safemode, continuous still crash at startup.

  Please help me to get Firefox running. I really want to use Firefox, as well as all of my passwords stored in it. Since last week, I was not able to open Firefox. I have read several articles on how to solve this problem and I have tried but not succeeded. Here's what I've tried so far:

• Firefox by opening several processes in the Task Manager.

  This has happened for a while now and I tried a few things to fix, but I can't identify the cause of it. Each of these processes use about 4 MB of RAM and can be closed without affecting Firefox. When you close Firefox these additional processes do not close and will prevent you to reopen Firefox until they are closed. So far most I timed were 50 of them and close them manually is a pain.
  I tried to adjust my addons and that did not solve the problem. I have a feeling and a believe it's connected I get an error every time close Firefox:

  Now that I had to get out the old version of Skype to this new crap. I am no longer able to make what was the purpose of the Skypes for... VIDEO CALLS! Whenever I try to start a video call my Skype immediately crashes and closes. However, in versions previous it was never a problem. So why should it be a problem now? I use Windows 7 Ultimate, was using the same machine for the past 3 years without any problems with the webcam until this new update.
