Which is strange, because I'm not redownloading all items from the appstore, everything I do is infrormation transfer from my pc to my new iphone. That's how back ups work. So everything I had in my old phone should now be in the new. But none. Thank you Apple. Somehow your backup system does not work as it does?

  The reason why you can't find it is the app will not work on the current version of the iOS and the developer has decided to not update. You can use it on your old unit if you still have it. Or you can look for a substitute on the iTunes Store.

  If you "set up as new" this does not erase the content currently on the iPhone. It's more a set upward for iTunes can communicate with your iPhone. It is really "set up" a return for your iPhone and iTunes connect with your phone.

  The iCloud Apple ID may be different from the ID of iTunes/App Store.
