Expired annual creative cloud of plan purchased in April 2016

My name is Fred, from the Brazil. Sorry for my terrible English.

I bought an annual signature CC in April 2016. The virtual store that made the sale is Digital River Brasil, who sent me ID 12089150459 as a confirmation of the purchase. But now, when I try to run any application, CC app asking me to renew my signature, although only 1 month has passed since the payment for an annual signature!

What should I do to fix this?

The creative cloud has been suspended, I have activated, please disconnect & reconnect the application of CC next desktop connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
