Export assistance as long as questions PDF1.3 & transparency

Hey everyone, I'm pulling my hair out here... My printer is I have to export as PDF1.3 (I normally do PDF1.4 and do not have this problem), I have some images of Photoshop that I cut out and placed in the inDesign file. When I export the PDF file, the images that were cut out now are more transparent (they have the white box around them) I tried to remove the clipping mask in photoshop and replace the file and I always get the same question. I also played with the predefined transparencies aplatissements and created one with the slider to the right. (best quality) and it still has this issue. If I export it as PDF1.4 it looks very good and everything is dandy until he gets to the printer and the nice white boxes. I have a light gradient behind him, so I can't add an effect of multiply images. For example, see attached. That girl in the example has been cut properly in Photoshop.

I really apprecaite all help on this, I could throw this computer out the window soon.

TIA

Steve

It will be IF your printer's RIP/workflow system is also set in the spotlight

  • Question of PDF export - missing (not gel background question)

    Hello

Currently, having some problems with the export to PDF from Indesign CS5. When I export the first page (which is based on a master page) the majority of the content gets cut - so it's pictures, colored boxes and stroke and a barcode. (Top image)

When I cut the master page content and paste it on a standard page, then it prints out ok (Image down), but we cannot reasonably do it every time. It's not only in a single document that its happened - she has produced with many of our documents and on several computers.

I have checked the forum and troubleshooting, have crossed and serves as the document level and ask any troubleshooting help. http://kb2.Adobe.com/CPS/499/cpsid_49998.html#main_DocumentLevel

I have read the various messages about background jobs that is not the issue that it is actually export it and its fine.

Have rebooted the machine, rechecked updates, checked if it is a damaged document (it's not from what I can tell)

Tried to export without pictures (ignore the OPI) with the same results.

Have checked the transpency question (that contain transparency but no results).

So thinking that it must be something to do with master pages, but I have no idea what.

We use an external plug in for barcodes for CS4, who does not work for CS5, so I removed the code bar to see if that was harming her, but again no luck.

Just to confirm that we are currently running

Adobe CS5 on our computers - we run all the updates for Adobe Acrobat Pro (9.4) and for the whole of CS5.

Its running on iMac 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, OS X 10.6.4

Adobe CS4 was uninstalled and not written off so no interference there.

Can someone help me out here or recommend something?

    Thanks in advance.

Just looking through the release notes for the 7.0.3 updated and other bug fixes listed is "Images in a group on a master page of abandonment during the export in PDF format [2705316] *" which could mean you should update and try again.

  • HP printer Assistant no longer works

Because of an update, the HP printing software no longer works.  More important still, I used to have the "Scan to Computer" service activated permanently and cannot determine how I should do now.  By clicking on the "HP printer Assistant" in the HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z app does nothing.

    Hello

Uninstall your current software by following the uninstall option in the start menu of the printer folder.

Then download and install the latest version of the software below, which should restore any functionality back:

  • Exporting the problem - Long Edge

Export an image with "Resize to fit: Long Edge ' and 1250 results of pixels in an image of a size 1873 x 1250 pixels! This isn't fair! The long edge should be 1250 pix, no 1873 pix! All the ideas! Using Lightroom CC version 2015.3.

In my iMac, if you type in a space as 1 250 creates an error message.  Type in 1250, iMac happening at 1 250.  Typing in 1 250 is accepted as it is typed.  Something is strange about this with a space in the number.  Try to set preferences such as suggested by the Photo.Net link.

  • Why is my file exported 2 seconds longer than the project in my calendar

I use a Mac, most recent OSX. I need my project to run for exactly 30 minutes. In the timeline panel, my project is marked exactly 30 minutes since the entry/exit points. When I export the media with Premier Pro, I find myself with a final product that is 30 minutes and 2 seconds. Where are these two additional seconds coming? I have had my range source defined for the sequence of entry/exit points and this reading as exactly 30 minutes, and time of release scheduled for final export read 30 minutes exactly. He added another two extra seconds so I then set the custom and typed in 30 minutes exactly source range and it gives me AGAIN 2 additional seconds. What happens here?

Export the analytical reading of parameters as follows

    1920 x 1080 (1.0)

    23.976 fps

    Progressive

    00:30:00:00

    VBR

    1 pass

Because at the breast of Premiere Pro, you are reading the non‑drop frame timecode-based total.

Depending on what version of Quicktime that you use, you can click on the counter and change the value of the displayed numbers:

When the standard is in real time. If you switch no Drop, you'll see that it displays length (wrongly) only 30 minutes.

If you use Quicktime 10 I think you can only display in real-time.

That's all, because your video runs at 23.976 frames per second. That means it runs slightly slower than real time, which would be true 24 fps. During the 30 minute period, the reading of this slow frame makes the show running more than two seconds.

That's why in NTSC 29.97 and 59,94 video it is drop and non - drop timecode. Drop timecode drops timecode numbers of images over time to compensate for the difference that the video data rate is slightly slower in real time.

Under drop, when you have a duration of 30 minutes, it is consistent in real time 30 minutes.

In timecode non-goutte, when you have a duration of 30 minutes actually will be slightly longer for broadcast.

It is not a standard for 24 fps fall time frame, it's always non-goutte. You cannot switch so he abandoned the time frame if your sequence rate is 23.976 or 24 fps.

    Math:

If you have had 30 minutes of film running at 24 i/s-IPS 24 X 60 = 1440 images in a 1440 x 30 = 43200 minute frames, in the show. (So no - drop TC, that counts the frames without taking account the speed true reading, shows a duration of 30 minutes)

But since the video, in fact, turns slightly slower, at 23.976, as these 43200 managers take more time to play par.024 frame per second of real time.  So 43200 (your total see the amount of images) divided by 23.976 (playout by second image) = 1801.801802 seconds, which is 30 minutes, 1.8 seconds.

Avid used to (and may still not) come with a calculator to do this conversion and to help make the number of images = the time you wish.

It is worth noting that in commercial production, with a duration of 30 or 60 seconds, this whole mess is less apparent. It appears when you are working with whole trunks of program. That's why they invented the drop time frame.

One solution is to tighten the edict of 1.8 seconds for 30 minutes

  • BluRay exports take a LONG time to import in CS6 again and they require a re-transcoding?

So I posted this in the forum yet, but just in case it is better/more addressed here fast I thought I want to transfer...

Before the update of the Adobe Suite including Premiere Pro 8.2, I was able to import files Bluray in CS6 again with ease. I had to use the workaround where I remove a line of code in the xmpses file to get the chapters appear in still. Now, after the update I can import files that have been exported since the new Premiere Pro and SOUL but that the import process requires SO long. Still displays the box to import as "Not responding" and I just sit and wait outside which can take several minutes for longer videos. The line code that you have to remove the previous version is still there, but this time this deletion it has no effect on import. No error no message to be unlike the last version. It hangs just for a long time with bluray more long/more large files. I can import Bluray files created from previous versions of first/SOUL (before the last 8.2 update) and imports are almost immediate. So what is up with newly exported?  Any help?

In addition, imported files are listed as "Automatic" in the column of transcode even if they are already H264 Bluray files. And when I click on it and select "do not transcode" it will not change. He remains as automatic. What is going on?

    Stan Jones wrote:

Send me one of the "little" (with the xmpses file) files; I'll see what is not my end. (or post a link.)

Yes, I would like to test your system on a new project with the same media source, as well as something new.

    He finds!

If you set PROFILE in the video settings exported to HAND rather than high, it now lags behind when importing comes in and requires a re-transcoding (I'm guessing it's a bug with SOUL 8.2). Can't remember why I chose once to make my preset with the MAIN profile a few years ago, but I guess now I'll use the high profile.

Value of the ASC - CDL and color are not included nor.

ASC - CDL (file *.cdl) includes the contrast, brightness, Lift, Gamma, Gain and Saturation.

RAW Viewer can export Ltd. and cdl. Please combine ltd and cdl for your setting.

  • Form of InDesign, exported as interactive, frame color question

On Mac OS 10.11.16, Indesign CC (11.3.0.34)

I have a form that I can't see the 'look' of so I'm stuck with the way things are. This means that some fields of the form are created from a graphic image with a border of 1 point, while others are from the combination of a static graphic image with border by 1 point and a white (no background or outline) form field placed above them.

Exactly the same color is used for each graphic frame with the 1 point rule. Only difference is that an image is static and the other is an editable text field. No effect, no overprint.

The fields look substantially different in Acrobat.

    Any ideas?

Screenshot below - I know there is a fairly subtle difference, but it's very annoying.

    Screen Shot 2016-09-07 at 15.13.23.png

With PDF files interactive all the color gets converted to sRGB. Except if your document must also get exported for printing, assign sRGB as the InDesign doc RGB profile (Edit > assign profile...) and use a RGB color for the race.

Also when you view the PDF in Reader or AcrobatPro, RGB color can be viewed in CMYK output according to your preferences. In the drive or AcrobatPro make sure your Page Preview of the overlay view is set to auto or never. Or AcrobatPro you canset the output preview > Simulation profile to sRGB. If you view the PDF file in a browser to date, you should always see sRGB and not a CMYK simulation.

  • Export a png sequence settings question

I'm in 2014 CC, I have a few animations saved as movieclips, if I export 32-bit I get good results with a transparent background. I tried to reduce the size of the file so I tried to go to 24-bit, but I'm losing the transparency. Is there another way to get the size of the file downwards on the png sequence exported?

    RMS

No Flash. You can export individual images as 32-bit png and then open them in Photoshop and optimize it. Flash gives the option to export, but does not provide much in the way of optimize the files.

  • Setting the presets for export assistance. FLV

    800 Kbps

    29 97 fps

    Audio - 44 khz 66 kbps stereo

You can accomplish almost all in the first of 12 elements, but there is a problem reaching the exact audio sampling combination speed/flow that you list.

In first Elements 12, go to publish + share/computer/Adobe Flash Video and presets select = FLV - great NTSC Web Source (Flash 8 or higher) On2VP6 MP3 FLV

On the Advanced Settings button and video tab, adjusts

Remove the link between the height and the width of the frame and the type of

Width of the frame = 320

    Bitrate = 800 kbit/s (kilobits per second)

On the button tab / Audio advanced, adjusts

    Output channel stereo =

Bitrate settings - This is where it gets complicated... There is no set rate/frequency = 44 kHz sampling or other. There is no audio bitrate of 66 kbps (64 Kbps is closest to you), it seems to be a sampling frequency associated with export, but visible once you have export and examine its properties in a program like MediaInfo.

    Here's what I found

If the audio bitrate is 64 Kbps, sampling rate is 22.05 KHz

If the audio bitrate = 80 Kbps, sampling rate is 22.05 KHz

If the audio bitrate = 96 Kbps, then the sampling frequency 44.1 KHz

If the audio bitrate = 128 Kbps, then the sampling frequency 44.1 KHz

Are there trade-offs for you, or you must have the exact values you posted?

    H.264 AAC F4V

If you export your Timeline as F4V, so you can create sampling rate of 44.1 KHz and bitrate 64 Kbps.

We can discuss the other parameters not mentioned later once we have worked around the core ones.

    Please see the bulletin.

    Thank you.

  • Export animation Cartoon to the question of the HD

If I do an animation with the stage size to 640 x 360, which is 16:9 and then, when I export to 1280 x 720 HD that I lose quality? Looks like that it degrades a bit. I'd get a top quality outtput if I did the screen size 1280 x 720 to start? The work is the vector. I export with 30 fps animation and keyframe set to automatic using quicktime settings. I'm just trying to understand the best setting for export Flash animation of cartoon to the video on YouTube or video.

    Thank you

    Frank

You're always better from your desired maximum target and down from there. Do not keep the thickness of the line large enough to reduce safe however.

Conversely, if you increase the size before exporting then expect you this scale affects uniformly a few objects in ways that you can't be desired, as the line weight. It depends on origin of the work and what format is it really , as a smart object or vector flash or EPS imported, etc. Text is always a challenge as well because it seems perfect for a smaller size but can become undesirable large when upscaling (although it will make crispy).

Ultimately keep the features of the thickness of 1px and exporting to HD would be desirable. upscale to 1280 x 720 to 1920 x 1080 well enough, especially with a vector, and the text translated pretty well.
