  You can do it, but I do not recommend because sqldeveloper could eat all the memory of the system to analyze the script. Now the question is do you have also opted for storage option when you export, if yes make sure that similar tablespace exists or available in env b. Also if you want to use the generated sqldeveloper file you can run this file from sqlplus session

  sqlplus newuser/password
  sqlplus > @myexport.sql

  But my advice or suggestion or recommendation to be, you should consider using export/import or datapump but the decision is yours. Hope this helps

  Hello

  You can simply enter the path during export.

  Or if you use maxl enter the path

  export data from database data_file sample.basic "C:\\exports\\sampexport.txt".

  The option 'From' is not supported when exporting to the database format. There is a bug in that the condition on the field 'To' who should prevent its use with the format of database does not work correctly.

  (1) what the patches you applied from the time of installation? Make a new installation will not include these fixes.

  (2) the method supported to migrate an Oracle Apps database between two operating systems which are not compatible to the binary format is to use the import/export. I believe that the transportable Tablespace has some limitations and would not work for these migrations.

  Select "Previous import" in the section library catalogue.

  If my nls_lang database is UTF8 and my GR 11, 2 target database is UTF8, should I still export nls_lang?

  There are 3 players on export/import: the database source, the target database and the client where you export. All 3 should be the same to avoid undesirable results.

  What is the right time to use export NLS_LANG? I guess if my db of the source is not the same nls_lang as my target DB.

  You export NLS_LANG to the client before you run the export.

  So I have my db target or export the nls_lang to my db from the source?

  Notice that I use the operating system windows as a client and a linux as a server database

  The file will be written to the database server or your GNU / linux and I'm quite sure, there is no folder named "c:\temp" on linux. It will probably be ' / tmp' on a unix server.

  And open the file, you must give the name logic directory 'PALPROV_REPORTS' it instead of the user name "utilisateur12".

  The list of workbooks can be found in the EUL5_DOCUMENTS table in your EUL. You can map this table in the EUL and then export the list of workbooks in Excel.
