  If you want a search engine to be your "home page" when you open Firefox, you should always keep your favorite search engine on an open tab, like www.google.com . You will need to do some work to keep it open, as ensuring that this search engine was the last tab that you had open before leaving Firefox. Now, go to Settings - customize - tabs - and make sure it is set to "always restore." Now, if you open tabs before you quit Firefox you do not close, the last of them opens and can technically be your "homepage".   has obtained a T520 here (nVidia GPU) that reboots constantly and never reaches the home screen of the BIOS:

  -power LED button turns green

  -fan turns and optical drive is accessible

  This happens with the power supply and a battery. HARD drive is deleted.

  I already seconded the optical drive and the BIOS battery.

  I have reflashed the BIOS area in the SPI flash (offset 0 x 500000, length 0 x 300000) and the error disappeared!

  BIOS version is 1.42, the source for the binary file was the. FL1 updated Win7 Lenovo BIOS file (same offset as shown above).

  The only problem was that the SPI flash came with WSON package, so I could not use the clip Ponoma and had to solder wires.

  I want the icons for the native "tasks" and "Notepad" apps in OS7 appears on the home screen of my BB9900.  The icons currently on the "common" screen only and the apps work from there.

  I've tried holding down the button menu until a menu jump to the top, but the menu does not include the options of 'move' or 'move to folder '.  In fact, the options of 'move' do not seem to appear for all elements of the 'common' screen

  Someone knows what to do?  FYI, I use the version of the b-berry for Mac desktop software.

  "Frequent" is a dynamic screen; your BB automatically there are some things that you use frequently. There is therefore, no manual way to move that you describe (since its automatic and dynamic, based on your usage). On the contrary, what you find is the master for these applications... icon probably they are inside your "Applications" folder, normally visible on the screen "All".

  My Z10 was stolen last week, fortunately I did a backup of a few days before. I bought an other Z10 now restored my backup for it and everything seemed to go very smoothly. Until I tried to save a url from the browser to the home screen.

  The process seems to go normally, except that the icon never appears on the home screen. Savings in the form of bookmarks URL works, but I want to save some to the homescreen lke I used to be able to do.

  I met other Z10 owners who have the same problem after doing a restore and have not been able to find a solution.

  Do you have a factory reset, restored my backup again and this time it worked. The only thing that was different was a new (released some time this afternoon) update link to BB.

  This has been asked before and solved... you have a problem of memory... you must have at least 12 MB of free space for the phone works smothly. If you have not yet get a memory card and move your photos and videos on memory card. and ringtones downloaded... to find out what the status of your file is click on options of--> the situation and see what your file free it is another thing that could help is to do a battery pull, then do step above... Also make sure you have all internet programs running in the background IE: weatherbug... it causes continually downloads of data... clear your browsing history by going to a browser opened by clicking on menu, then options and then cache and clear your history...   Welcome to Apple Support communities.  I'm glad you brought your question to be able to respond to messages directly from the lock screen, it is a feature I use all the time and I know it's convenient not having fully unlock and go to the app to respond quickly to a text.

  Let's check some settings to make sure that we have everything set up correctly for you to be able to respond to messages from the lock screen.

  The application of settings:

  1. Touch ID & password (enter your access code)
  2. Scroll down to ALLOW ACCESS when it is LOCKED
  3. Don't forget that respond with Message is enabled and set to green
