  Airport Extreme Time capsule, Airport Express, all the latest hardware equipment 2 x and all of this to date.

  When I put the Airport Express to extend the Airport Extreme WiFi network, it breaks the whole network, all Wi-wired devices and are unable to communicate on the network. I have to pull the power on expresses to get things to connect again and then do a hard reset to make them usable again.

  The extension of wireless is at a good distance from each other while they are all connected via ethernet.

  Anyone familiar with this problem?

  Also had one of the Airport Express replaced for this issue and has not changed the problem.

  I have a fiber broadband from the Danish supplier, TDC. A port on the router, I connected a TimeCapsule 1 generation and one of its ports, I have a cable to a new TimeCapsule in another room. I want to confirm is whether or not my Mac can be connected to one of the 3 networks for automatic backups on the Time Capsule wireless?   I installed Windows 7 Professional but do not have a set of drivers for the computer.  I can't get the wireless NETWORK card driver to install.  I downloaded the drivers from the HP site and they will not properly install on the computer.  I do not know the manufacturer of the wireless hardware, so I can't go to the appropriate site.  I tried to use HP scan tool, but it will run on the computer.  Chrome, the button does not even operate.  In Internet Explorer, the scann button depresses but nothing happens.  Help!  Thank you!

  AirPort Extreme can "extend" the wireless network produced by another router from Apple... but the "expand" function will work with 3 third-party products.

  AirPort Extreme could be able to 'join' a wireless network from Apple... even though it really doesn't do anything when it does, because the only thing that works is the USB port... but it will not 'join' a 3rd party network.

  The AirPort Express, which is used for AirPlay was designed to "join" virtually any wireless network.

  Maybe if you could tell us what you want AirPort Extreme to do on your network, we can offer you a solution... but it will almost certainly involve an Ethernet wired, permanently to the 3rd router part.

  I understand that you're looking for more information about the 5 GHz wireless connectivity computer laptop dv6.

  The adapter supplied with your laptop is not a dual band card and does not support the frequency of 5 GHz.

  Generally (RFI) Wireless interference can be solved by changing the channel on your router wireless. The default value for most router manufacturers is channel 6, which runs on 2,437 GHz. You can change the channel on your router to channel 1 wireless (2.412 GHz) or 11 (2,462 GHz) away from the bloated channel 6 if there are several wireless networks and devices in your area.

  If changing the channel is not an option, or does not resolve the problem, you can buy a wireless network for your laptop adapter. The only 5 GHz compatible card that is compatible with your laptop is the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230. The part number for this is 631956-001. You should be able to order it on the HP part Surfer Web site or third party like Amazon or eBay resellers.
