FaceTime won't connect

The State of the network shows nothing is wrong, and I use my same AppleID associated with Apple Support communities.  I'm running Mac OS X 10.10.4.

Just, he is sitting there with the Sign In button changed to cancel and going nowhere fast.

Is the only clue to what's happening that's not in my Console.

I am able to Skype, but no Facetime.    And I don't have iMessage or Facetime activated in any other place.

I have not paid for any service Facetime anywhere.  What it takes to work Facetime, or is there something else that does not?

Comes, it asks me to check my keychain and I check for ever, and it says it can't find the network.

    Check that your antivirus (all-in-one suite If you have one) is not turn off your network traffic.

    Note the devices installed in the machine.  Use this information to download the latest version of the drivers and software for the manufacturer's Web site features (on another machine and store on an external support, I suppose, would be the only way for you to do.)

    Uninstall the software/drivers for network devices.  Turn it back on.  Even if pilots are found/installed automatically, manually update the drivers & software using the files you downloaded earlier.

    Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

    Remove anything they find.  Reboot when necessary.  (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

    Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

    Open a command prompt and run the commands following one at a time (after each ENTRY) without leaving the part through if somehting started working...  Note all errors and post them here.

    You have to ask Apple.

    If your PC is to see the phone very well, so I doubt that there is nothing wrong with the Bluetooth on the PC functionality.

    I use FaceTime audio every day when I go out on a walk. I have a plan of reliable data and at home, I have good WiFi.     Thanks for stopping by the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you have some connection problems with a friend more precisely using the function of audio calls from FaceTime on your 6s iPhone more. I'll be happy to provide additional troubleshooting options.

    First, we're going to have, you and your friend (s) confirm that you have given cell phones enabled for the FaceTime app. To do this, go to settings > phone. Scroll down and find the FaceTime app in the section "use Cellular Data For". Make sure that the toggle switch is green.

    From there, it would be beneficial reset the network settings on your device. This will not affect your personal data, but you have to reenter your passwords and Wi - Fi networks. To achieve this step, go to settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Once your device restarts, test FaceTime audio over Wi - Fi and cell to see if the problem persists.

    As a last resort, you can create a backup of your iPhone and restore it back to factory settings. Who should install a new copy of iOS on your phone and help isolate potential software problems that could interfere with the audio FaceTime calls.     Everytime I try to log in to Skype, it won't let me log on and just said "Can Skype can't Connect." At first I thought I was putting in my password or something, so I changed it, but that did not help. Then, I thought it would work only if I tried a few days later and still does not work.

    What exactly is the currently installed version of Skype? In Skype go to help-> on Skype.

    It is possible to connect to Skype versions prior to 6.14.

    What is the manufacturer and model of your laptop?

    Visit their web page (the manufacturer) and find their drivers and help section and get the drivers for your model laptop for Windows XP 32-bit.

    You, of course, this done from another machine and using some external media to get it back to the laptop.  You can get * just * wired or wireless network drivers if you wish - you can then use the Internet on the laptop again to get the rest.

  • Gallery of photos and Android phone suddenly won't connect

    I've been to download photos from my Android phone to my Dell computer for several months. Both were new items. I've never had problems connecting. Tonight when my memory phone am weak, I knew that it was once more time to put my pictures in the photo gallery. As always, I connected the phone to my laptop. I pulled the top of photo gallery, click Import, and out box that says "" If you do not see your device in this list, make sure that it is connected to the computer and turned on and click Refresh".

    It's very frustrating. I rebooted both my phone and my computer.  My phone has a high "USB debugging connected" icon, and I never noticed this before.  I don't know who else to ask for help, I am very new to this technology, so I don't know how to fix when something previously worked perfectly now won't work without apparent reason.  the question of weak I had with downloading my pictures is that there are always 2 of the same photo, and one of them is sometimes a blank image icon. But I would rather deal with that don't have not downloaded at all.

    My phone was actually put to 'charge only' in my USB connection settings. Took me a while to find this setting, but once I went there out of media, it worked.  He was automatic before, so I didn't even know that was an option setting.

    I turned on the laptop, a msg came that I had to update to Firefox I did. Now I can connect is no longer on the internet or anything. He is a professional computer and it is essential that this gets fixed! I couldn't even connect to Mozilla help so I had to go to a PC to communicate. Now, he is trying to fix this PC and is not the problem!

    I have been connected to my wifi to work for a while and had to use a VPN to use things such as whats'app and access to sites like Facebook. It worked well until what recently just VPN logs not when I am connected to this wifi network.     VPN can be difficult, maybe to consult Betternet. Also see this article for suggestions.

    FWIW here are some general recommendations for Wi - Fi problems, maybe one of them will help you.

    (1) perform a forced reboot: hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Leave the device to reboot.

    (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

    (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth).

    (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

    (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available.

    (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

    (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

    (8) to restore the device (ask for more details if you wish).

    I recently bought a used ipod touch (1st and 2nd generation?).  I deleted all content and settings, and now there isn't an app store (my only apps are safari, calendar, contacts, youtube, clock, calculator, settings, music, videos, photos and itunes).  He is supposed to have an AppStore, or are all downloads only through itunes with the old man to an ipod?  I know he did before because he had downloaded games I am connected apps WiFi (works in safari), but itunes/youtube to say they can't connect.  Trying to hook up my (updated) macbook pro, but when I plug it in, itunes says that it cannot connect because an invalid response was received from the device.  I saw an answer before that said look in settings/general/restrictions to see if the AppStore was hidden, but my general settings doesn't have an option of restriction.  I just bought this ipod to play music, so I don't care if I get everything back - I just want to be able to connect it to my computer and sync the music.

    The problem is that the iOS on your iPod (operating system) is too old to support the applications available to date. Most require iOS 7 or a later version.

    iTunes is unable to connect because of outdated software for the iPod.
