It use to work properly until I tried a free photo editor witch did not work anyway.
After you remove the free photo editing software, I find myself with this problem
I can always open png files, but cannot save any png file.
This is the message I get with only PNG files
Paint cannot save these files.
Save was interrupted, so your file has not been saved

I have restored all of the changes made by Advanced System Care 5 now everything works.
Advanced System Care 6 upgrades done a registry clean with no problems this time.
It seems therefore that the registry clean was the problem.
It does not look like it cleaned everything more then old software keys and the extensions that I use more.
Thanks for the help

When I try to create or convert a PDF file in Acrobat DC I get the error "your request could not be performed. Adobe Acrobat DC license has expired or not been activated. "This happens even if Acrobat is installed via a package of the Customization Wizard of the product which takes care of activation and the license is not expired. What could be the cause of the issue?
Uninstall your creative cloud application that basically allows you to download apps and redownload it. This should do the job. Your system just lost you license update.

Original title: cannot install Windows Service Pack 2.
I tried to install Windows Service Pack 2 and you know how when you lock your laptop, it's how he like to appear. Service pack filed to install, so now have him, he said, 'Service Pack was not installed. Restoration of the changes. Do not turn off computer. "I'm not going to let me at all to connect to my computer... Alls for this is restarts by itself and when it turns on, it says the same thing. I already tried to remove the battery and leaving out the laptop for a little while and then when I put the battery in and re - turn on the laptop, it says the same thing and continues to do exactly the same thing and I'm getting really aggravated and crazy. Is there anyway that I can fix it without going through a computer technician?

Attachment Applets error "this applet has not been configured for printing.
I am a fairly new disorder configurator and have with our applets attachment returns an error that the applet has not configured for printing. I also receive this on an output of the cmdlet to the box.
It occurs when you try to use the print feature in the application of sub menu bar file. I did a bit of "Googling" to find a cause and watched in the 8.2 shelf and find nothing. The only one I found said that it was not possible?
How does set the cmdlets for printing? Is it because the attachment is a file that has been downloaded? Is this something on the server and not actually in the application?
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thank you in advance.Hello!
The ability to print is determined by the class underlying the applet.
If you want to print the contents of an attachment, you can open in any application is appropriate and feel from there. I don't think class applet of Siebel support print content attachments, assuming that's what you try to do.

I get this error on each scanned document, I try to add https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf
Hi stefan235235,
I'm sorry that you are having problems, combine PDFs using Adobe PDF Pack. The error occurs with all the files you are trying to combine, or just a select few?
Make sure that the files you are trying to combine are not secure, password protected, 3D, or part of a PDF portfolio, as these types of PDF files can not be combined.
If you are combining supported file types and still get this error, try the following:
- Log off, and then clear the cache. Then log into https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf using a supported web browser (see system requirements |) Acrobat.com).
- Try to combine small groups of files, to see if you can reduce the error down to a specific file or files.
Please let us know how it goes.
Best,
Sara

Nothing has changed on my computer that I know. I use my MSN for my homepage & have had no problems with it before.
I finally found a solution that worked for me. I whitelisted and had to disable to My.MSN.com & refresh the page a couple of times. Strange that it wasn't a problem until 3 days ago - hope this helps some of you!

When I click on a link in a PDF document is saved OR try and access to the Adobe knowledge base help (ie the link to the Adobe web) in Windows Vista Adobe Reader 9.2. I get an error message that says: "the location of the browser has not been set. Please this in preferences.
NOTE the document / links opens as expected when the PDF is opened / displayed in a web browser.
It didn't improve the security settings
Does anyone have some sense on what the problem is and / or how to fix?
Thank you.
Hi Alex Moss,
You can try after the troubleshooting steps in this thread: the location of the web browser has not been clarified. Please do this in preferences.

This application has not been installed 0x80073cf9 error
I have the same problem. I can not install any app on the Store, still have the same error: «this application has not been installed...» ", and then point to the error code"0x80073cf9 ". I see that a lot of people have the same problem. It looks like a bug in the new Windows 8. I have Windows 8 Pro. I just installed yesterday.
I'd appreciate any help.
HelloLook if the 'AUInstallAgent' file is missing from the windows folder. If this is the case, you will need to create a new folder, rename it to "AUInstallAgent" and restart your pc.
Thank you post from BJArmstrong on October 22, 2013
I wanted just to update this option to add that I had the same problem in Windows 8.1 and the solution was to create the 'C:\Windows\AppReadiness' directory which apparently replaces the directory 'AUInstallAgent' of Windows 8.
Why the Bank cannot simply create the directory if it lacks a true mystery...

I try to connect my apple TV. I've been up to signature in ITunes but got the message that the connection failed because the network time has not been set. I don't know what I should do. Thanks in advance.
Date and me are dealt with by the network. Try restarting your router/modem...
Verify that DNS is set to auto
Make sure port 123 is open on the router (refer to the manual of the router to you)

Error message comes up saying ' there is a problem resetting your PC has not changed. "
Original title: reinstalling Windows
My laptop (Dell Inspiron) comes preinstalled with Windows 8, but not working now - it runs very slowly and often takes multiple attempts to turn on. Often said 'Prepare auto repair' when I turn it on, it remains just on this message.
It's less than 3 years old (out of warranty) so I think that it's a software problem and not material.
I tried to do a factory reset to clear the laptop, but an error message comes up saying ' there is a problem resetting your PC has not changed. "
I then tried to create an installation of windows on a USB media using my product key, but impossible to use my product key for retail sales.
I am now at a loss of what to do that my laptop is pretty useless as it is.
It's a hard drive to a failing hard drive error / failed.
It's a DELL error code, not a Microsoft error code
http://en.community.Dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/t/19533510
Replace the hard drive or ask in the Dell Forums.
