Failed to retrieve Adobe Creative Cloud as full member
I had 3 weeks to communicate with the staff of Adobe in Asia. No solutions has been given to me so far regarding my subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud as follows:
(1) my membership fully paid and agreed subccription was not displayed in the 'My Adobe"subscriptions evn however its paid for.
(2) the Adobe Creative cloud icon that should appear in my applications disappeared completely from my computer and has not been solved so far.
I had to consult the staff of Apple and have checked my computer sysytem is in good condition and there is no fault found. I would really like to know how this can be fixed as soon as possible regarding the 2 points mentioned above. As this case has been up to level 2 and 3 technicians, I was told, but nothing has been solved!
OK after a long waiting period. This was solved last night with a technician from Adobe. It took several hours to uninstall all Adobe products and then reinstalling again in the computer. Fortunately, all the information that has been used has been saved on an external hard drive for me to recover what was lost. There is no other way to go about it.
I'm glad this is finally resolved.

I followed the instructions for updating the CS6 applications, but this results in the message "Failed to update" after the download and installation.

The Setup log seem to indicate a problem with the CS6 extensions Manager.
"DW050: the following payload errors were found during the installation:

CS6 extensions Manager is not listed on the Site of cloud and there's no unistall
Should I remove it and try again, or does have a better suggestion.

It is a new Mac, any Adobe product is installed on it. Before I tried Adobe Application Manager it were nothing, except for the empty folder 'limit' in the folder Application Support for Adobe. After the attempt to install the Manager, there are several issues, including OOBE.
Please help me to install the creative cloud. It's really frustrating, I don't know what else I can try.

If your error is:
"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

Adobe Creative cloud fails to install - Mac OSX Mavericks
I tried to get the Adobe Creative cloud package that I had built with Packager of creative cloud installed on Mac to a member of staff, but it always ends with "The Installation Failed" (without explanation or error code). If I look at enforcement records during its execution, Dreamweaver and Flash Builder 4.6 CC 2014 pop up, but then are removed and the installation will fail. I have already run the creative cloud cleaning tool, renamed the OOBE folder and tried installing with a newly created Admin account. The package installs fine on the other Mac, but this one did in the older versions of Adobe CS5 and CS4 installed software. I uninstalled them but my guess is that somewhere the cause of a file conflict.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I managed to find a solution to the problem. I ended up uninstalling all associated Adobe asks then crossed the library/user and system/library and removed all Adobe Application Support files and preferences. Unfortunately, I do not know what application or the file was ultimately the cause of the problem.

Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for macintosh fails.
The error log says "[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - AdobePackageBuilder: SendPacket returned the error:-1.
I tried 4 or 5 times.
Everything is downloaded (took about 14 GB).
Now, I have only 12 GB of free space on my drive. Maybe the reason (Packager will make a copy of the downloaded stuff?).
When I finished, how to recover the space eaten by package manager?
Looks like it's caching it in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CCP, but I have to manually delete the cache?
I can't find a menu entry to do.
Would be nice if Packager can use a network mounted as a destination disk, but it does not discover these.

As you did a reinstall, make sure that Service Packs are installed.
If they are, download and save Adobe, etc. > then right-click on the setup.exe > run as administrator to install.
Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.
It will also tell you which SP you have installed.
Then, choose the download of 'bit' OK to use to install Service Packs, installation of SP1 first if it is not already installed.

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop install fails and stops just during installation!
Help, please! I tried to upgrade to Adobe CC Office 2015 (updated June 16) and nothing happens just empty, lost all the features, was not yet able to leave adobe cc or access any info or apps.
To try to solve this problem, I had a bum steer on another forum saying uninstall Adobe CC Office including all my applications (first pro, media encoder, after effects, lightroom, speed grade), then reinstall.
Since the withdrawal of all software, I have downloaded the Office Installer Adobe CC and tried to install, but stop just an average quarter thanks to the installation!
I have Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for the Faculty and staff and have lost everything!
No one can tell you anything without the proper system or other technical details info. Start by running the cleanup tool and removing all folders OOBE and other whatnot.

So, today, 7 July 2016 I tried to come back and update Adobe Creative cloud, after waiting for a long time (kept saying: 'Try to connect to the server'), 100% and then creative cloud has gone, with no trace that is never on my computer just after the update.
