Fake Itunes receipt?

Hello Apple,

Last week, that I continue to receive emails from Itunes I have purchaced Netflix and TomTom Western Europe?

When I try to click on report a problem, it brings me to youtube?

Can you guys help me please!

FYI these are user forums, you do not have to support or Apple iTunes.

It is a phishing attempt to try to get your account details and payment (the TomTom app seems to be one of their chosen applications), you could forward the emails from Apple: [email protected] and then delete them.

Phishing and similar e-mail: Phishing and other suspicious emails

You clicked on a link in the email (s) the people who sent them can now be aware that the email address is active, so you might get more of them (and maybe not only supposed to come from iTunes)

(I asked for your message to be moved to the forum of the iTunes Store, where you have posted is for the question on the iTunes U app.)

  • How to get around a fake "cannot read itunes library.itl?

I have a Windows 7 laptop I want to back up the same on a Windows laptop 8.  Should I bring all the files on the Windows 7 laptop to Windows 8 laptop computer including my music/itunes and program/itunes files.  It has worked for years.  All of a sudden I get a message when you go to itunes on the laptop computer of Windows 8 that say 'cannot read itunes library.itl because it was created by a different version.'  This is different from the case referred to the support forum where people want to deliberately use an earlier version of itunes.  I want to use on the laptop Windows 7 and Windows 8 for the latest version of itune laptop.  To make sure that I have request for updates on two laptops from itunes and received responses that I already have the latest version installed on two laptops.  I can access itunes on the Windows 7 laptop, but not Windows Mobile, 8.  How to get around this indication false error on my laptop Windows 8?   I have the latest version and the itunes and all files have been created using the most recent version.

You have identical versions of iTunes on both machines?  The two latest updates of iTunes (12.3.3, 12.4.0) have included both updates of database for the latest library files can only be read by older versions.

How are you "Portage" your library data?  The error message may indicate a corrupt library file.

Also note that you should not try to replicate the folder iTunes program between computers - there is a high risk that the results will be unpredictable, especially since you're moving between two different editions of Windows.  There is really no need to do this - there is no data stored within the hierarchy of program files, who wanted to be replicated on several PC.

  • Your receipt of Apple.

I received this email, and it looks legit... sort of. It is a standard form for an iTunes purchase I think.

As a point of principle never use a link in an e-mail to access a Web site where you sign in. Use existing bookmarks or the address bar in your browser.

  • iTunes codes fraud

I bought a code Itunes on Ebay, PayPal digital gift. When I tried to use the code 2 weeks later, it had been bought. I contacted two of Paypal (seller) and Apple digital gift cards.

Both refused to do something to help or to reimburse me. Despite my providing a receipt and detailed information about the purchase. Apple has been able to tell me the code had been bought (stolen), but refused to provide me with information that it would "violate the privacy" of the thief in question. Apple has also suggested I contact the police and file a report? Seriously?  Where am I even supposed to begin this task?

Apple more says that they blocked the account of the person who bought the code (I seriously doubt and obviously can not prove) If this is true, it means Apple keep the money from the sale and did not provide a product for me or the thief.

So they kept the $100 and told me to get lost. CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!

Apple has not sold it, why they should repay money that they never received?

As well as receive a receipt by email from iTunes (which is that what you mean by "some type of permission email"?), it should show on the purchase of your account history: see your purchase history in iTunes on Mac or PC - Apple Support store

Or if iTunes was not able to collect the money from your card successfully it should show as the reason: pay a balance on the iTunes Store - Apple Support - there show nothing? If not, this implies that it is crossed successfully, but purchases by credit card can sometimes take a long time

  • Fake iPad app downloads

I just bought a premium app called "Prisma for iPad" - Art Photo Editor on the App Store on my iPad.

It appears to download OK (for iPhone and iPad), but when I open it I get and app that looks like is called GHD and sticking gives a game of Hangman with ad? I tried deleting and reloading of the application but it is always the same.

It looks like something may have been hacked?

Select the content that is causing a problem and use the "Report a problem" button in your purchase history on your computer.

Currently, if your purchase is your most recent purchase, you will need to click on the big button "Report a problem" under the list of previous purchases in order to reveal the 'Report A problem' link for your purchase. If your purchase is listed as a previous purchase to use the little arrow on the left side of his SEO.

Alternatively, you can use the receipt email to report a problem, or if you do not have access to iTunes on a computer you can use this link.
