  I think that it s more a problem with the hardware of the keyboard as a Virus
  In most cases similar issue happens because of the keyboard or the breakdown of keyboard controller

  But a question; did you install drivers for your USB mouse? These drivers may affect the standard keyboard drivers.

  But to be honest I think that it s a hardware problem.
  So what to do. In my opinion, the real solution would be the replacement of material.

  You must use DDR 400/128 bit RAM in your system. @ 106 Mhz DDR is quite old. It's also much slower than the DDR 400. RAM is not particularly expensive today and it is always best to stick to that suggests your PC user manual.

  You must use the same speed too, if you use a lower speed, the memory of your PC by default at the lowest speed, thus slowing the PC
