Favorites - cannot save a page - I get 'create unabke ti - access denied '.

When I go to a site and I decide to add to Favorites, I get "cannot create - access denied.

I was wondering if there is a problem (IT) level of integrity. And if thus icacls can fix.

    Why is that for the last several versions of Firefox, if you try to save a Web page in a text file, it refuses to do and a default htm? On the previous versions (24 and 25), you can click on the drop down menu, change the file type, then change it immediately back to the text and it would work. 26 now I seem to be completely unable to do anything other than under htm.     Have you tried to add the extension of .txt file in the dialog box "save the Page under"?

    What firewall / anti-virus software you are using. My guess is that the firewall or the anti virus software blocks both the update and full installation because it contains ZIP files. I have not heard that outside the paranoid company / parameters of business in the past, but there's always a first time.

    I 9.5.3 extended, with Win 7 pro. They are saved-as-pdf-from WORD files that I saved stupidly with the defaults to include some data MS bird in it.

    I learned not to do this, but still have a number of book-length long, the documents that I sometimes need to change. I can add new pages (corrected), but

    do not delete 'old'.

    I ran the "Installation of Acrobat repair' in the drop-down Help menu.

    I tried the 'Optimize PDF' in the menu 'Advanced' function to discard user data and all objects except for bookmarks and thumbnails, but I had a conversion error.

    Difficulty of the access privileges on your USB. It is locked or you simply don't have the right to write about it. No application can write on it.

    BTW: it is not a good idea to read or write from a USB key in Illustrator (or any software) directly. These sticks are just a nightmare in terms of data integrity and tend to become too often mistakes of R/W.

    Save on your drive hard and then make a copy on the USB key.

  • Any attempt to create results by "Access denied" error zip file

    Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  I am logged in as administrator.  UAC is not active on this machine.

    Any attempt to create a zip file results in a dialog box stating "unable to complete the operation.  Access is denied. "
    If I select a file or group of files/folders, do a right click and say 'Send to Zip', I get this error.  Interestingly, while the error dialog box is still open, the zip file will be displayed in the current folder.  Clicking OK in the box dialog error cancels the dialog box and deletes the zip file.
    This seems to be some sort of permissions thing.  Can I create a zipfile by clicking right in the Explorer window by clicking on "new", then "compressed (zipped) folder", and it will create the file very well.  I can even give it a name.  Any attempt to copy anything in this new zip file generates an error "file not found or no read permission.  Try to delete the zip file says 'you need permission from administrators to make changes to this file.
    So now, I open the properties for the zip file and go to the Security tab.  It was there that I discovered that this file has no owner are entrusted to him.  I can then change owners, add my name as the owner of the file, assign full control to myself, apply the changes, and now the zip file can be read/written/removed normally.
    So whenever I need to create a zip file, I have to go through the steps of creating-> change the properties of the-> Assign owner-> Apply-> add files to the Zip file.  It's a royal pain in the keester.
    My question is: what changes to do to confide as the owner by default when a zip file is created?  This seems to happen with only zip files, any other type of file gives me this problem.  What happened since I got this computer brand new with Windows 7 64 - bit on it.  I can't say that it is a "Virgin" installation, he was photographed by a group of COMPUTER companies (I work for a fairly large company).  This group is a clue what happens and apparently others in our society do not report this problem.

    who did get a weird window listed some "availible orders"... end, passing through update.microsoft.com again proves the update has not yet been installed. I'm now ideas. Help?

    What application or antivirus security suite is installed and your current subscription?  What anti-spyware (other than Defender) applications?  What third-party firewall (if applicable)?

    A (another) Norton or McAfee application has already been installed on the computer (for example, a free trial version which is preinstalled when you bought it)?
