  Now try control-alt-shift key (Ctrl-alt-shift on Windows) and start Photoshop. An option button will open and opt for delete the settings file - see if that helps any.

• SOUL really takes a long time to open the encoding settings

  With the release of the SOUL 2014 versions, I've known wait times very long to open the encoding of employment settings. For example, if I add a sequence of images 1920 x 1080 to the encoder, choose Quicktime as the container and one of the available codecs, by clicking on the name of the codec to open its settings causes a very long delay, maybe 3 minutes, before the dialog box opens. I use a Macbook Pro with Yosemite. Previous versions before 2014 version has never had this problem. Is this a known issue?

  It is a known problem with SOUL running on Yosemite. We are working with Apple on the issue and hope it will be fixed in a next OS update.

• BlackBerry Smartphones BB8330 Bell v4.3.0.124 - how to add a '1' to the Canada or US long-distance numbers withput the smart dial option?

  Hello... I called Bell to find out how to add a 1 to my long distance numbers and they said go to options > numbering however my BB8330 has no chip / or display option smart dial under "options".  Currently my long distance numbers are programmed in contacts showing the 1-800-XXX-XXXX but when I dial number, the screen don't watch not '1' operator said that the number cannot be completed as composed, please check the number and dial... which means I actually have to dial the number with a '1' myself.  It's a pain.  What is the point of store the reference long distance with a '1' if I have to do this all the time?  Someone at - it a response?  Yet ONCE... my phone is not smart dial option. I tried to find it under other headings, but not luck and can't find anything online that helps so far.

  Your phone has the option of smart dial.  From the home screen press the green phone button.  Then press menu button (to the left of the trackball) and go to Options.  Then select Smart dial.

• Microsoft keyboard takes a long time to open the Favorites

  I have a Microsoft ergonomic Natural Keyboard 4000, it works great but there is this problem that I can not get rid.

  all keys work properly, same custom and all functions, but the shortcut 5 Favorites buttons on top that I attributed to 5 different sites:

  So, there is nothing strange there.

  When I press a button, I expect to open the default browser and load the Web page.

  When the computer is idle, it takes about one or two seconds to occur.
  With several programs, it takes 10 seconds to 2 minutes.
  When computer heavy load, it will do nothing.

  I thought it might be the web browser, hang up, but if I press a button, and nothing happens, I can open the browser manually and instantly appears.

  I have updated about 6 months of a Logitech Cordless Desktop comfort keyboard which has 4 keys shortcut and even at 100% cpu, these buttons work (still) not instantly as expected, if it's not my computer.

  IM using Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center 2.0 for Windows 7, just after a clean reinstall.

  There could be a lot of causes for the behavior you describe, but start with the simpler:

  1. reaffirm Internet Explorer as the browser in the default CUSTOM (<>) Set Program Access and defaults of the computerarticle.

  2. right-click on the following link & select SAVE TARGET under... to download/save the file on your desktop: http://www.slipstick.com/problems/reg/chromehtml.reg [1]

  2. double-click the file that you saved in # 2 above & accept invites him to MERGE with the registry data.

  3. IMPORTANT - DON'T SKIP THIS STEP! Open Internet Explorer (only!) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 of => [ignore the warnings of DO NOT APPLY] & run the difficulty.

  Note: For best results, make sure the option Remove personal settings .

  4 restart once again & test those assigned buttons with Internet Explorer by default.

  Stop it!  Please do NOT affirm all other browsers by default yet!

  5. answer this post with a status report. Also tell me if IE8, IE9 or IE10 is installed.

  CERES a printer speed dial can move to another. but you can click on manage fax from the HP Officejet 8610 software settings, and then select the speed dial tab.

  From this screen, you can add new Ceres using your PC speed dial.

  If you still have your old printer you can locate the existing entry as its software.

  I'm putting in place the President of our company with a Q10 of BB new, the software is the latest version. I found what I consider to be some major flaws that need to be resolved before BB away even more users.

  First of all, I wonder if there is a way to prevent the search function in the contact list of some areas, including the results - more precisely the scope of the company. Currently I have a number of contacts with the company as "Ontario Northland", I also have a contact named "Ontario Northland' that contains the phone number of the headquarters." When I type the letter 'o' in the search engine it does not have me down to contacts beginning with the letter 'o' as it includes all contacts who have "Ontario Northland" specified in the company field. Response to this question is that, unlike the Z10, Q10 does not the vertical list of letters down the right side to jump quickly to the letter 'o'. I don't understand why it would not be as there is no way to switch to contacts that begin with a certain letter.

  In addition, why is there a keypad option in the settings menu if it is absoultely nothing? When can we expect this feature to be completed?

  Also, is anyone aware of a way to restore a deleted option "voicemail" from speed dial blocks? We can no longer respect the '1' key to dial voicemail.  It seems that once it has been deleted, the only way to restore it with a factory reset full - obviously not ideal.

  Also, why are the hidden squares of empty speed dial when none are set - seems to cause more confusion than anything else.

  How is it when a row of blocks of speed dial are filled, the only way to add extra blocks is to go into the contacts list to add another, why not simply fired on another line empty?

  I noticed the following bug when you try to set up some speed dial contacts. Contacts that include a first and last name, adding speed dial blocks, only display the phone number in the block. It seems that the only way to fix the problem is to remove the contact from the speed dial blocks, rename and save the contact, then rename it to how it was, then it readd for blocks of speed dial. It seems that this is the case for a lot of contacts that are added via the Activation of the company.

  How to delete all emails older than the email selected? This is the type of features that separates the BB of toys like the IPhone, why it was deleted? Bring it back as soon as possible.

  Does anyone have a work around for these issues or maybe if I'm missing something can you point me in the right direction.

  I finally understand how to use the speed of Keypress function on the Q10 composition.

  You will notice if you press the phone icon, drag to the bottom of the bezzel top of the page, then select settings there is an option to "dial quick Keypress ' at the bottom of the list. When you select the menu option has virtually nothing you can do other than to highlight in blue letters. For the use of the service, you must do the following:

  1. in the main screen, select the phone icon.

  2. Select the keypad

  3. on the key dial screen, hold down a letter of your choice on the QWERTY keyboard. You will be asked to link a contact to the key.

  4. Select a phone number of a contact of your choice to link to the letter.

  To place a call with the press of button:

  1. in the main screen, select the phone icon.

  2. Select the keypad

  3 hold the letter that you have connected a contact.

  It seems there is no way to dial directly from the home screen, but this should suffice until there is a way.

  I have a new HP Laser Jet MFP M127fn Pro: how to send a fax using speed dial, I entered already numbers in the address book.

  I'm embarrassed to say that I spent several hours trying to get the speed dial to work on a M127fn.  It turns out that there really no speed dial.  That's the conclusion of at least a HP tech that actually used the machine.  Another tech was able to describe a way to fax a phonebook entry, but it is quite too complicated to be called a speed dial.

  [1] press the button settings (key).

  [2] press the right arrow to access the phone book.

  [3] press OK button.

  [4] use the right or left buttons to reach the desired phone book entry.

  [5] press the OK button to reveal the label for the entry, or "empty" if it is not set.

  [6] press the OK button if the element is set to display the fax or dialing options.

  [7] press FAX to initiate a fax to this phone book entry.

  My users find it much easier to have their phone numbers pasted on the machine where they can connect looking them to instead scroll through menus, for the right option.

  It seems that there is some sort of disconnect between hardware, firmware, and technical writers on this machine, because this ancient feature has been neglected, and the user guide is left to sputter on the issue.

  Add-ons - still have to adapt. It's just the way things work. Alternatively you can (and I think most of the people should) use the add-on merge mail merge. Personalized mail is always preferable, in my view.

  What is the best way to send the same fax to several unique recipients without having to send the fax manually to each recipient?  I use an Office Jet Pro 8600.  My previous HP (M2727MFP) allowed Ad Hoc manual fax but the same process does not work on the 8600.

  Any suggestions?

  If you have the software installed on your computer, you should have the 8600 Fax Driver installed. That will allow you to send to multiple recipients without having to print a physical page. Everything you have to do is the printer using the program on the fax driver, and it will appear a window asking for the numbers you want to send the fax to. The document linked below will on other ways that you can fax without using the software. I think that the Fax issue will be what you are looking for. The document will explain more.   I have re-installed Windows Vista Business, all installed updates, and then installed Windows Security Essentials, then ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor.

  After you have installed the last two programs mentioned, I then noticed that the 'clear recent items list' is no longer an option in the start menu when I right click on the recent items. I have this problem once or twice using the restoration of the system, but after that I installed Adobe Reader X option disappeared permanently in the start menu.   I see that you have questions about your collate function. I would like to help!

  I recommend to remove printer ink cartridges and reset the power supply.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I suggest also download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor.
