  Hi, my PC seems to go haywire last night. It restarted itself, then a lot of overcooked warnings came on a "damaged hard drive. I then did a scan using Security Essentials and these viruses. I didn't know that my PC was not intended to analyze regularly. Everything looks OK now, except all my files in "My Documents" have been removed and Starter Microsft Excel and Word does not open editions. A dialog box appears saying I should repair through the Control Panel, but this seems vague. I don't mind about the old files, but I'd like to get my programs working again.   I received a closed system. He gave me a low number of 10 min. The message box had this inside 6910p-1B4BEE60\CARY. Then it says error initiated by the user. He also had this PTChangeFilterApplication. I restarted after shutdown my laptop properly. Just after the closure showed up, I had one of these send or not to send error things. I hit send and he sent about 15 of these reports referring to the PTChanger filter. I checked my task manager, because he was very slow start. My processor usually runs about 35. It was running 75 and all new, I've ever seen. They are many of them running in 50,000. Is this PTChangeFilterApplication running in 100,000. He didn't let me finish. It keeps jumping around making it difficult to click on it again. Others will allow me to put an end to return to about 15 seconds. Thanks Cary

However, I found the solution myself. I'll go ahead and post the remedy for those who need or should be soon. He took off the bad treatment on the Task Manager. I still have a lot of things prosessing. All managed help would be nice. • conime says manufacturer UNKNOWN - it is a Trojan horse?

  In MSCONFIG I conime coming back without even when I turn it off.

  I removed all instances of this registry, including LOADCONIME. When I rebooted everything seemed to have disappeared. But when I rebooted again conime in msconfig.

  The program stops and turns off whenever I try to run a quick scan. 0 x 80508023 program Windows error code indicates Java: exploit CVE-2012-5076GAA and Java: exploit CVE-2011-3544. An update of definition could solve the problem but does not have the thought. Antimalware MS can't find anything.

  Yes, as there already the confirmed/validated by many users in hand-partners-thread, it seems that this question says 'analysis of Win8 Defender' (question which began yesterday with the 1.145.1429.0 definition version), has already been fixed this morning with new released updated definitions, starting with version 1.145.1490.0 of the definition, which were first available for manual download from the portal today at 10:16 UTC.

  If you still see this issue, it may probably be due to WD is not 'yet' last updated automatically (for a version later than que.1490), so you can try a normal-manual update now or by visiting the Portal and install manually from there, regardless of the current version of definition is now available [as of this post It's the version published 1.145.1505.0 at 19:54 UTC].
