  Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

  Method 1: You can try to run add or remove program through the key to execution and check

  a. press the Windows key + R

  b. type appwiz.cpl and press on ENTRY.

  Method 2: You can try to re - register the msxml3.dll file and check.

  If the file is in the correct path to the right size, then try and re-save the file.

  a. click on Start

  b. click run

  c. type: regsvr32 msxml3.dll

  d. click enter

  e. restart your computer.

  Method 3: I suggest that scan you SFC [SFC system] on the computer that would be a system file corrupt on the computer search and replace.

  a. click Start, click run, type cmd in the Open box and then click OK.

  b. at the command prompt, type sfc/scannow, and then press ENTER.

  Note: Could you prompt to insert the Windows XP CD.

  You get the error "a Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the DNS name of the remote computer could not be resolved" when the requesting computer (the computer 'demand' help) sends its private IP address instead of its public IP address in the request for assistance. The solution is 'easy' for some and difficult for others. I present here for your perusal:

  (1) obtain the public IP address of the requesting computer (by visiting a web page such as http://www.whatismyip.com)
  (2) save the remote assistance request computers
  (3) modify the remote request for Assistance (RcBuddy.MsRcIncident) using a text editor (such as notepad) and replace the private - section of IP address should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,192.168.1.33:3389 «»
  with the public IP address from whatismyip.com or elsewhere - should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,74.125.47.147:3389 «»
  (4) save the file of RcBuddy.MsRcIncident 'new '.
  (5) double click it to connect to the computer needing help
  (6) cross your fingers and hope it works!

  Method 1: Perform a startup repair, check to see if it helps.

  It is the major limitation of the OEM software that it can be installed on a PC. The COA label will confirm whether the license is OEM. A number of elements can be replaced in a PC in the way of repair, but only if exactly the same model of Council can this be exchanged.

  Even if you transfer the drive to the new PC would not authenticate because of the change of equipment, and it would be unlikely to to re-authenticate online.

  If the label is not OEM and you have a retail package, so it can be transferred.

• Palm Pre crazy symptoms: 'phone in offline mode', won't charge battery, won't start, message error "an error has occurred that cannot be resolved.

  This is a long description of a series of problems with my new Palm Pre. You can search text to find your specific problem. There is no solution in my post. Looking for possible answers in future responses.

  I bought my Palm Pre 4 days ago and it arrived 2 days ago. Phone was working fine. Last night I plugged the phone and updated the operating system. After, I've selected "Done" and went to bed.

  -First set of questions: 'Phone offline', will not charge battery.

  In the upper left corner of the phone, there is the message "phone offline. Although the phone was in charge all night, it reads "battery of 26%. I called the general number of on the Sprint tech support and we tried the following things:

  (1) the phone reboots (press on and hold the power button / stop, then select 'Disable'. After setting down, hold down power button / power stop.)

  (2) to reset the phone (several ways - call tech support so that you do this properly)

  The individual Sprint and then sent me to another tech support person, likely to level 2.

  -Second series of questions: message error "an error has occurred that cannot be resolved;

  #2 Sprint tech support person had me also to restart and reset the phone in a number of ways. In his own words 'we tried all the palm pre stuff I know' and whenever the phone was insensitive. Often, we received the message error "the phone is in offline mode. We did a full erase and after that the phone will not re-start is no longer. At this point, the error message came up saying "an error has occurred that cannot be resolved" that referred me to www.palm.com for assistance. I think it's important to note here that this was not the typical error message (black screen with white letters) but rather the blue sky with a translucent box on background with white text.

  #2 Sprint tech support person then me connected with the support of the Palm and the dance continued. Yet once, we tried a whole bunch of reset and restart and the erasure of the options. Palm support asked me to go to: www.palm.com/rom to download WebOS Doctor, which I did. I downloaded the file. Although that was the case he had hold the button "volume +" and connect the phone to the charger. This caused a USB symbol will appear on the phone. When the record was complete, I got an error message which could not run the file. Palm tech support person seemed surprised. I mentioned that I was on a Mac and he said he couldn't help me. He me transferred to another person from Palm support that works with Mac users.

  Palm #2 tech support person advised me that I should have selected the download option 'mac' on www.palm.com/rom. I verbally walked him through the series of Web pages, telling him it is said that you need Windows (any version) or Mac (whatever version), but that at no time was there a possibility to download another WebOS doctor for different operating systems. After an exchange of views over she told me that she would have to have someone call back me tomorrow.

  -Third series of questions: phone stuck on the USB symbol.

  So for the moment, the phone is completely useless. Not fantastic. I started the mac on Windows 7 and downloaded WebOS Doc and received the same error message. I also ran Windows Vista virtually and received the same error message. Later this afternoon, I head into work to try the same thing on Windows XP.

  In the meantime, I got on this forum and found a thread that has provided a direct link to the necessary file:

  After downloading this file, I realized could totally be a virus, I was able to get WebOS Doc work on my computer. It took that I recharge the phone before, and now it's on the screen that says 'do not disconnect your phone' and the full file of 3%. Only... it was completed for almost 30 minutes to 3%.

  I hope that Palm will follow-up with me tomorrow, but I'm leaving on a business trip at 7:00 and I would love to have the thing work. All suggestions are welcome, even if you can just tell me how to get her think disconnected safely before my flight tomorrow. I want to get through security with my phone plugged into my laptop.

  I picked up the phone at the local Sprint store and the sales ago replaced the phone. They were unable to understand what went wrong and, essentially, has declared a complete failure of the unit. I'm sorry that I'm not able to offer better news, but I hope that this info is useful to you.

  Hey there, I just worked through a Lynda.com tutorial on creating a Wordpress template in Dreamweaver, and I did everything to the T step by step.  I have set up a local server (mamp) before, but I've also followed this tutorial first to make sure that I was doing that well too. I followed the tutorial template Wordpress all the way until it was time to work on the CSS file.  When I went to 'discover the dynamically linked files' it gives me the error message: "linked files dynamically cannot be resolved due to an internal server error."  For the life of me I can't understand what is wrong for what I can fix it.  Without all the associated all files work that I just have to configure php files of header, footer, index, etc. is pretty useless.  How to understand what is the "internal server error" and fix it?  Help, please!

  Based on this script, that I would like to check to see if sqlplus is executable from the same environment that you have run setup.sh.

  Before running setup.sh please be sure that your database environment is accessible using sqlplus under user MW.

  You could place a set - x at the top of the load_mw_java.sh so that we can see more production which does not run.

  I use JDev 10 g (10.1.3.3) with OA framework. I recently upgraded a project from jDev 9i to 10g. I get this error when you try to set the value of an attribute.

  I have improved my request of wlp, wlp 8.1.5 10.2. In my application (8.1.5), I added the tools customized to visitors. Now, after the upgrade, it shows the compilatation i.e. error message "imports * cannot be resolved.
  
  Imports are as follows:

  com.bea.jsptools.portal.placement.PagePlacement
  
  As much I read on the net these Interfaces are removed in point 10.2. I'm unable to find replacement for these Interfaces?
  Unfortunately, however, I can't find any documentation about its replacement. Does anyone know how this should be done, or a document describing the replacement of this Interface?

  I'm not too smart with computers.  I get a message saying that I have an IP address conflict.  I do what it says on the command prompt on the command ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew.  He said cannot set while the media is disconnected.   Have checked Web sites and what to check the adapter, ethernet cable, router etc.   Still is not resolved.

  I put the Java compiler option - target 1.6 in my build script.

  Version 0.0.0 is a sign that the MANIFEST is missing from the jar to this bundle (the default version is set to 1.0.0 in MANIFEST. MF)

  This means that the build Eclipse or STS was not clean.  The workaround is to make "project > clean" and force a redeployment to this package.  The Java console must demonstrate that the 1.0.0 version has been deployed.  You can also see that in the complete log of the Virgin.

• We can do a field cannot be changed using the field Validation?

  Is it possible if we could do a non editable field using the field validation? We cannot do it in read-only because we have a code that uses the selector report to update these fields. Is there a way we can put a posting on the ground that it would throw an error message when a user tries to change this field?

  Of course, we can use the validation for this:

  Add this to the field Validation:

  PRE ('') = IfNull (FieldValue (''), "XXX")

  Replace FieldName with the actual field name.

• C support AND myRIO 1.0-&gt; symbol... cannot be resolved

  I try to work with the projects in the sample in C for the Hardware myRIO.

  I installed all the stuff, but the compiler cannot find the symbols as

  DIOB_70OUT, DIOB_70DIR and all the other register sets.

  In what file symbols are defined? I can't find any file-h with used sets.

  Here is our solution for the problem with unknown symbols. The symbols are defined in MyRio1900.h and MyRio1950.h. The Eclipse IDE has a problem with the multiple sets of symbols. Our system is a myRio 1900 if we delete the MyRio1950.h and NiFpga_MyRio1950Fpga10.h files. After that, all sets have been detected and Eclipse could compile projects without errors.

  AHI get dialogue when the computer starts windows 7 Professional update failure. The update module intercepts an error: the error code is 12007. The server name could not be resolved. Check that your internet connection is active and that no system of filtering or security is blocking the connection (Control Panel > Internet Options)

  I run a network home and the internet is connected but still this problem, I use Outlook 2003 Pro and have noticed desktop updtae KB907417 and ms outlook 2003 junk mail filter KB2466074 not sure if this the problem that all other windows update install, it may not update some aspects there are 3 files that will not update service of office 2003 pack 3 (sp3).
