  If you have mutiple file extensions that have been changed, you were probably victim of some malicious programs and your best choice of action (as malware rarely comes without friends and other riders) is a complete wipe and the new installation of the tracking updates and restoring your file system and personally connected since the last known good backup applications you did.

• Missing photo gallery images

  Lost all the photos in the photo library caused by a virus.  Cannot find 'pathway' to them.  When I type pictures etc just got a message you need to find the path and library etc. is empty...

  I did all the suggestions in all the questions on this help. I down loaded a reg cure program. who says that there is a problem. I down loaded a program from paretologic file cure. He said I had 4 errors apply the fix, but it did not work. I put the address of the file in the program & it came up saying that windows vista could not open this file. Windows xp karine can not vista? also I have the responsible registry thrust Uniblue & in one of these programs he suggested I down load several win zip or 7zip software I did. None of this does no good, but it cost me more than $100,00. Call me paranoid, but I'm starting to think it's done just to get idiots like me to spend more money. I would get all this _ wasted off my computer. reload vista just because my computer is running slowly, even with all these worthless clean programs that is supposed to help to run faster & no I'll just start as I did when my hard drive had a mechanical failure & I had to get a new & vista. It's very frustrating for me. just tell me how to just wipe & try again, please. Remember - this is a public forum so never post private information such as numbers of mail or telephone!

  Hi, I have used the same system of slider for years and had no problems to find on the Net, or put in my computer over the years, except for this new.  It is the set of mouse cursors when the sliders are all the mice for different functions.  There are other sets in the package, including a dance theme and a theme of Rameau, but I do not remember the others included.  If anyone can help find something similar, I would be very grateful that I HATE the "stuff" regular, ordinary!   The only thing I can suggest would be to keep looking for a compatible version of Windows 7 that will meet your needs. Compatibility with Windows 7 is the responsibility of the software developer.

  I have an ASUS PC S400CA-DH51T (touch screen) that I had for about two weeks and worked without problems. But since maybe two days ago my cursor randomly started to disappear after I installed a slider custom (from DeviantArt, with three files .cur, normal, for the small hand selector and a third for the hourglass near the cursor). FN + f7 does nothing, and not more than to do a clean boot.

  I noticed that the problem seems to be that the cursor disappears when I touch the screen when I have a defined custom cursor and does not come when I move the mouse with the touch pad. But I can touch the screen and mouse just once that I move it once I reset the pointer to default.
  I just tried using a different custom cursor, and the same problem occurs. But in both cases, my mouse is displayed whenever I have spend on something, or the hourglass next to my mouse is displayed (which I have customized for cursors). Is it possible to fix this? I don't want to use the default windows cursor.

  Reformat the disk and reinstall Windows XP would heal any problem of malicious program with the exception of an infected MBR (Master Boot Record) on the disk.   The F-Secure rescue CD is a tool that allows to remove a MBR infection.

  and in the 11.0 folder is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the entire 11.0 the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks enabled so that you can see the full quoted path.

  What is the duration of your project, when the problem is? You have the same problem if you open a new project? Where are your stored source media, and do you get coloured poster of the Offline Media in the open project (in thumbnails active project or in the content of the timeline)?

  I have a problem with Windows 7 I tried to solve by looking online, go to the Microsoft Windows 7 and appellant community Microsoft technical support phone line.
  I have triedthe suggested online solutions and when I called Microsoft Technical Support, I was told that they thought might be the problem and I was told that if I wanted to try the remote solution, I agree to pay $99 or sign for their $49 per month. I tried what they thought resolves the problem by getting the online instructions but it did not work.
  Here's the problem: I set up our desktop computer with the operating system Windows 7 (I love good Windows 7) and then installed a second hard drive with all of our documents and files in the computer.  When I try to open the files on the second hard drive, I get the message that the file is read-only.  When I try to change the attributes of the file or the folder that the file is in and then try to open the file I get the same message.
  I followed a suggestion that I read online that works (set at its lowest setting user account control), but now our computer has no protection against unauthorized manipulation.
  Can you tell me how I can get help for this problem?
  I tried: 1. make a new account administrator 2. Using the attrib command and 3. used the digitization program to repair corrupted as the file to user profile files.

  When you right click on the files read-only, you have the "Take Ownership" option. Once you have correctly taken possession of the file, you can then change the properties of this file to remove the read-only.
