  If I understand correctly, you cannot open files on Windows Home key and it freezes everything in browsing the internet.

  Please answer these questions to better understand the issue:

  1. what happens when you try to open the files?

  2. What is the file format of the files?

  3. do you use the Internet Explorer browser to surf the internet? If so, which version?

  4. don't it freezes on any particular website?

  5. do you have Windows 7 complete edition also installed as a dual boot on the computer?

• Problem file and the computer profile property.

  When I start my computer there are 2 profiles I use; an administrator (called S) and a non-administrator(named A). When I log on my profile no administrator, instead of using the file C:/Documents and Settings / folder, it creates a new folder in C:/Documents and Settings / A.MINE (MINE is the name I gave my computer on a network). All my music and other specific data of profile is on this file and I want to be able to use again. Any suggestions?

  Short version: instead of

  C:/Documents and Settings/username of the computer creates

  C:/Documents and Settings/USERNAME.COMPUTERNAME

  This happens when your user profile is damaged or corrupted.  It's pretty simple to recover from this condition.  Simply follow the instructions in one of the following articles:

  Hi, have you tried to download files / application to another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? Maybe the problem is with Internet Explorer. Let us know the result.

  I solved the problem!

  I downloaded the 8.5.1 engine LENGTH of Web site of NOR and installed on my target machine.  It worked!

  Previously, I copied the execution engine of my Cache on my development computer folder.
