  Hi MontgomeryS, like previous versions of windows win10 has an autostart folder in the startmenu, where you can place shortcuts to programs - those who will be launched as soon as you connect to your account.

  Press windows + R and open %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup - then open the right file. You can then right-click on the icon of firefox on your desktop, copy it and then paste them into the startup folder.

I tried things: refreshing Firefox from FF SafeMode (I don't have anyway all extensions), reinstall a new copy of Firefox, regenerating the restart, profile scanned for malware using malwarebytes, search for viruses using Kaspersky, both find nothing and done about everything I can think of and still EVERY time usually 5 seconds after launch It sometimes blocks something like 30 seconds if I'm lucky.

  Do you have the same two tabs when you launch a new window (Ctrl + n) or only at startup?

  You can check your extensions in case something snuck in. You can view and clear the page modules. Either:

  • Command + shift + a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, when in doubt, turn off.

  Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

  Individual plugins can be set to "Click to play" so that they do not start automatically. You can give permission to sites allows to run plugins on a page by page basis or on a site-by-site basis.

  Then for Shockwave Flash, for example, or for QuickTime, change the selector "Always enable" to "ask to activate.

  Pause while Firefox finishing his cleaning, then rename the mimeTypes.rdf to something like mimeTypes.old

  Restart Firefox. I hope that now Zimbra is detected and you can select. Please note that if you already changed your configuration to a PDF file from the viewer into another, you have to change it again.
