  CS6 11.0.1 with a Quadro 4000 using. I have about 50 stills from my calendar that are about 1 second. When I press play (or space bar), the playhead moves for about 1 second, then stops. I press the space bar again and he will play for a second (or less)... then stop. I tried to turn rendering CUDA off the coast, but the same problem.

  I also tried to disable the video and just play the audio track. The same problem. I turned off both audio and video and I get the same problem just play black!   Change your 'default' entry in the preferences audio of "Integrated Digital Input" to the Line In. Also, what is the sampling frequency of your sequence? Make sure it is the same as your sampling rate of material (in this case 48000 kHz).

• DVD stopped working got external dvd but no not disks work runs for a few seconds then stops

  has had to put the new hard drive in the computer. When I got back that DVD has worked for a while then stopped. Downloaded the software and drivers to try to fix the problem, but no luck. I tried an external but computer dvd for some reason any will not recognize the unit. I also have a legacy of clickfree backup, but now that my dvd works not the clickfree will not work. I have also reinstalled the dvd but that did not work. any ideas?

• I'm taking classes online and since the new UPGRADE to 4, I can't download PDFs from the site unless they are less than 2 MB. It downloads for a few seconds then stops and no message appears.

  I connect to online courses. I click on the link to a PDF on the site. It gives the message it is downloading, then stops. With less than 2.0 MB PDF files load, but nothing more.

• Is there a problem with firefox does not, it's happening on all our computers at work and at home. It takes about 10 seconds, then stops responding.

  I read FF posts of the community, and it seems to be a problem with a lot of ppl. It happened for about 3 days now on all our computers at home and work. This cannot just be linked to a computer if this happens for many. I was wondering if there is a general problem with FF, is that what is happening for many users. When I start FF I am lucky to get 10 sec before it does more, ready to give FF film! I use it in safe mode now & use of IE next until I find another solution other than resetting FF. FF should maybe see if there is a problem at their end, & then show us how to fix it.

  To return to regard to extensions, you can view and update the extensions on page modules. Either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Click the "gear" above the list, and then use the check for updates.

  You can also disable non-essential or unrecognized extensions (or so obviously not good, remove them).

  Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled/removed to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

• Creative Office Cloud runs for a second then crashes

  I have a router TP-Link-ER-6120.  I can configure the three ports to run in 3 separate VLANS.  When I configure the VPN server works on my regular network to exploit the VLAN1 and VLAN2, I can always connect to OpenVPN and all I want to do works (NAS and Internet access with my static IP).  However, when I try to establish a Session to the VPN server computer remote desktop, I get the login and enter my user name and password.  I see the remote desktop window, open and usually see the remote desktop wallpaper and loading the desktop icons.  Then it crashes.  If he does until I can see the desktop, it automatically attempts to reconnect.  If she makes it that far, it stops with a window that says Remote Desktop connection has been disconnected.

  Miss me probably something simple, but it launched my ass for weeks now.
