  Download and install this.  This will install an application on your system, called "HP Scan" extended.   This software is designed to work with any recent HP scanner that has already installed the drivers.    The software does not replace your existing HP Scan supplied with the appliance.  It is rather an alternative which offers many more features than what came with your device originally.    This software is already available with the new HP machines.

  The selection of the default source is 'Use document feeder so burdened', so you should be able to scan from the ADF or flat all in one session.

  1. go to the Server Admin (i, e your managed server) and check the listening address. If its Blanck, make "localhost".
  2. you should also see the newspaper: deploywebanalysis.log who can not connect o the Management Server weblogoc (to http://localhost...etc)

• HP F4580: F4580 & Windows 8.1 analysis questions

  I can't find the link/button "scan" when I opened the printer. There is nowhere which allows me to analyze. I have the printer connected to my computer with the USB cable and when I push the button scan on the scanner itself, the lights flash for a while then nothing. The printer prints fine, no problems at all with printing. When I connected the printer to my computer Windows 7 of husbands and open the printer, there is a little blue link that says SCAN. I could click on it and the printer would scan and download the document on his computer without any problem. However, this computer is no longer with us and we all two Windows 8.1 and now I can't scan using computers

  All the printer software is up-to-date as far as I know. I left HP scan and it says there is no update available, so I don't know what to do. I really need to scan documents. Help!

  I see that you are having problems scan feature.  I would like to help!

  I would recommend starting with a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I recommend also to download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.

  Hello - I have a M1536dnf MFP connected to a Mac running 10.9. The driver version is 19.9. Recently, I was able to scan official pages.

  This was before the installation of 10.9. Printing normally.

  I tried different settings in the HP Scan 3 software, including crops legal and cultures to zero with no effect.

  Any other suggestions?

  If you have an uninstall program to: / applications/hewlett-packard, then first run.

  Then restart.  Then reinstall using the new installer.

• Home network Windows 7 analysis Question

  I have a HP Deskjet 2050 (printer/scanner) connected to my computer Windows 7 Home.  My wife wants to use the 2050 to analyze hundreds of photos, but I don't want the printer cable have to be tilted back between computers whenever she wants to scan something.

  How can I give him the option to scan (it can print on the 2050 very well on our home network) without having to move the cord for the printer on the computer?

  OK, let's do a uninstall, reinstall the software.

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt, as well as Apple and click on uninstall
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled, this is why we do not run this thing all the time)
  Click on continue
  Let the cleaner it is.

  Now run a software update (Yes, again).

  Then, Reset thePrinting system by right clicking in the list of printers in the Print & Fax System Preferences.

  Finally, download and install the software from here.

Would appreciate answers polite, helpful, non-judgmental ppl who feel, if we don't have an in-depth knowledge of Apple, they are NOT intellectually challenge. Thank you

  Yes, everything works with AppleIDs.

  An iTunes subscription game is one by AppleID, not shared.  There is a similar feature which operates as part of a subscription to Apple's music for which there is a family subscription option.

  The system is configured to work with the software and Apple devices even if part of the software is available in Android and Windows.

  I have installed and reinstalled the software for my printer at least 10 times.  Every time after a day I losse the driver for my impression.   I use the printer on a home wireless network.i have window 7, I learned to double check the connection and all is well.  I tried to scan for the first time yesterday and guess what?  Cannot find driver HP Document Manager and uninstall and reinstall the printer again.  I followed every suggestion support on the Web site and the drivers still don't load correctly.

  I understand that after a day or two, your HP Officejet 4500 Wireless all-in - One Printer seems to be uninstalled from your Windows 7 computer and you must reinstall to get it working again, but only temporarily. I would like to work with you today with the resolution of this problem. Sometimes printers will go into a mode offline on computers, which affect printing. Because your software seems to be actually deleted from your Windows computer, I believe something within the operating system is causing this issue. To solve this problem please can I you follow the steps below.

  Step 1: Run printing and doctor analysis tool:

  If you have not already run this tool, can I please have you run it. HP printing and the doctor analysis tool will run on your computer and the "difficulty of printing" and "difficulty of analysis' questions for you." If connection, software or driver conflicts turns out that the HP print and scan of the doctor tool will attempt to resolve these conflicts for you. Please click here to download and run printing HP and doctor Scan.

  If all retired as fine, please proceed to the next step.

  Step 2: Run Microsoft Fix tool:

  I'm going to make sure has no problem to register in your computer that could be the cause of conflicts of printing, you download and run the Microsoft FixIt Tool. Please click here to access the difficulty it Microsoft tool. Once the site opens, select 'Print, fax, scan, share or save' in step (2). Under step (3) select run now to 'diagnose and automatically fix the problems of the printer and printing '. Once the tool is downloaded, run the tool.

  I have a SQL with the sort operation (select * from table by col1, col2, col3, col4) and I measured the pga, uga and direct this session (of another session) temp.
  When I created SORT_AREA_SIZE to be very large (about 1 GB) and 'Manual' workarea_size_policy I waited for all sorts will be entirely in memory because my table is not important for a large part (about 40000 lines), so I was expecting:
  
  physical reads direct temporary tablespace = 0
  physical writes direct temporary tablespace = 0
  
  (1) it's true when I test on 10.1.0.4.0 (2.6.9 - 55.0.0.0.2.ELsmp Linux i686) oracle database
  (2) when I test on 10.2.0.4.0 database (2.6.18 - 53.el5 Linux x86_64) I went out like this:
  
  physical reads direct tablespace temporary 2377
  physical writes direct tablespace temporary 2377
  
  I wondered how it is possible to see this physical reads/writes (because I have already performed my sort, before operation, so it is flexible analysis and I installed the SORT_AREA_SIZE for 1 GB).

  There were a few bugs related to the session setting (do not remember what version affected). Try to repeat your scenario test, but with double the execution of each ALTER SESSION statement, i.e.

  alter session set sort_area_size=1073741824;
  alter session set sort_area_size=1073741824;
  
  alter session set workarea_size_policy=manual;
  alter session set workarea_size_policy=manual;

  1 Yes "remote" mode and specify 400 as the number of workstations. You need 400 clients to connect.

  2. you can see the workload mix on the ViewPlanner UI page. But for the event log, you can only select the 'word'.

• PowerPoint analysis in Captivate 8 questions - where are the Adobe staff to get this right?

  In Captivate 5.5 can I import slides PowerPoint without any problems, BUT in Captivate 8 analysis is TERRIBLE (even in high fidelity), leaving me with this result:

  

  I checked the size of the page vs. the size of the video simulation of Captivate software PP. I have it imported an existing capture, I started a new project of PowerPoint and I imported into a new empty project. Nothing works! The analysis is always terrible.

  I have now read a number of Forum posts on the problems of PP in Captivate 8 import - which none had answers.

  So my real question here is: where are real Adobe staff to answer this question and PROBLEM difficulty! I have a contract to do videos for a company and I'll lose my contract if I can't produce a good quality work.

  In the demo of the IMP, the type of analysis workbook is linked to several cubes, one sheet per cube.
  
  Usually customers put in place one sheet per cube for their analyses in, but is there something that says they cannot have multiple worksheets for a cube?
  
  Is it possible to configure multiple worksheets, each showing a set of different measure, but have them connected to a single cube?
  
  Customer has an existing process requiring navigation to a specific intersection and has no desire to put all the measures they need on a spreadsheet, (they are used to a degree by spreadsheet and do not want to change what they do), while we're talking like a dozen sheets here.
  
  Bonus question: connecting the navigation so that if they choose a specific dimension member in a spreadsheet, the other worksheets in the same level go to this specific dimension member.

  Not currently. Each planning worksheet is independent. You can do more with VBA, but this will be a consultation activity.
