  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand you want to print from your devices Apple to your printer Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 without the printer is connected to a wireless network.

  It is possible that we can get the printer to disseminate its own network. Please note that the network will broadcast the printer will not have access to the internet.  Please follow the steps below:

  • On the front panel of the printer, please press the wireless button
  • By using the buttons on the right, highlight and select wireless settings
  • Highlight and select Restore Defaults
  • Select Yes. A message appears indicating that the default values of the network have been restored
  • Open your application settings on your Apple device, please
  • Please click on wifi and choose the network that starts with "HP-SETUP.  This should connect to your Apple device to the printer
  • Now you should be able to print using the 'Action' icon.  If there is not a print option when you press the action icon following all guidelines for Apple AirPrint

  If you go to print and your Apple device does not see the network, you will need to follow the procedure again. It should be at least 60 minutes before the HP - Setup network ceased broadcasting.

  When I use a scroll wheel (external or optical mouse or laptop touchpad scroll wheel) on my laptop (with Windows Vista), but scrolls or zooms in one direction in some programs. For example, when I scroll in any direction in Google Earth or AutoCAD, it zoomed in only (should zoom out when wheel downwards). In IE, the wheel works correctly. In Word, it does not at all.   I noticed a strange behavior in Chrome with my scrolling as well. It scrolls side by side, however I move the steering wheel (4 directions). And only the page up and down if I'm on top of the sidebar. It is a problem with Chrome... not your mouse.
  Most of the maps online zoom only, they do not go side by side... regardless of the browser.
  Word and other applications are a different floor. They must act as expected. This seems to indicate that your driver does not work properly. First try.

  I bought an X 200 Tablet and I got free upgrade to Windows 7 from Lenovo. After I've manually upgraded from Vista to Win7 (not a fresh install), what's up.

  The fingerprint reader works very well and he even kept my impressions of Vista. Now, I can slide my fingers from left to right or from right to left!

  1. open the Desktop Manager

  2. synchronize

  3. click on sync under Configuration

  4. click on sync

  5. Select address book

  6. Select configuration

  7. Select your desktop customer email and press Next

  8. Select Onc waysync device (Device <-> mail client)

  9. check replace all data in the application of traget if you want to erase all data on your device.

• HotSync only works in one direction

  I recently moved from a PC running XP for an Imac OSX 10.5.

  I have a Tungsten E and install Palm Desktop 4.2.1 installed on Imac, open when the connection active.

  HotSync seems to work well, with no error message in the log, but looking at the result, sync'ing of the calendar is only went in one direction. A new entry in my handheld was transferred to the Imac, but a new entry on the Imac did not appear on the handheld. This never happened with the PC, in that any new entry was Sync, regardless of where it was entered.

  I've got it-, I think.

  For some reason, my name (the only authorized user) not was not entered in the part of little 'user' on the bar - just a message "no user". Once I fixed that it works very well! I have no idea why it didn't recognize me from the start, but I tried to synchronize both ways since then, and it worked fine.

  Thank you guys for pointing me in the right direction - I had not advanced far enough in the manual to understand how to set up.

  I'm doing a basic page layout in Dreamweaver and I can't seem to make this work.

  I have two .jpgs and they are both 834 pixels wide.  I want that they align one on top and one directly below, (centered both on the page).

  (1) the first image is my head.  This image must be set as the background so that I can place a table on top of it.

  (2) the second image is the body, and I want to put links of hotspot on it, so that it opens another page and plays videos.

  What is the easiest way to do this?

  Here are the two images.

  You do not use the most effective way to create this page, but I'll answer your question because it is.

  You place the jpgs in two separate div, one above the other. Something like this:

  

  

  This is just one example; I don't know your exact values. You can also use css to a different format (for example, if you wanted to make the header img a background image instead of use the img tag).

  For hot spots, you would use the map (html) element, which is a container that will define your zones (hotspots). Do a Google search for a tutorial on how to do it.

  Hello. We try to establish a VPN site-to site between two ASA firewalls, let's call them ASA1 and ASA2. Problem is that ASA1 cannot start the connection. ISAKMP of ASA1 packets reach ASA2, but removed by an unwritten rule.

  When ASA2 launches, everything is OK. And while the stream exists on ASA2, ASA1 use flow, so he can start VPN also.

  ASA1 added to inbound ACL on the external interface of the ASA2 did not help. Using tracers of package in ASDM has not point to any specific rule, he just showed the entire list of the ACL rules. Using asp-menu type capture displays the reason of gout as packet-tracer, without more details. ASA2 layout only response did not help.

• A PIX-to-PIX VPN can allow traffic in only one direction?

  Here is the configuration of the PIX 501 that accepts incoming VPN tunnels of the other PIX dynamic-ip.  Everything works very well, allowing traffic to flow both ways after that the tunnel rises.  But then I somehow limit or prevent the traffic that originates on the PIX (192.168.27.2) to go to other networks of PIX?  In other words, if a tunnel exists (192.168.3.0 to 192.168.27.0), I only want to allow network traffic to access the network 27.0 3.0, and I want to anyone on the network 27.0 access network 3.0.

  I do not know the settings VPN is identical in both ends. But only the traffic over the side ASA is spent.

  Had a look on your config. It seems that all trades are natted, according to me, it's why the traffic in return are not working/not can not get to the ASA. You must ensure traffic of 192.168.201.0/24 for 10.2.0.0/24 are not natted router.

  Change your ACL #199 as follows:

   access-list 199 deny ip 192.168.201.0 0.0.0.255 10.2.0.0 0.0.0.255 access-list 199 permit ip any any

  I configured a (Site-to-Site) IPSec tunnel between an ASA5510 and Linux Sytem connection a network has with a and B network in the following way:

  * Chart:

  #---------------IPSec-----------------#

  private network (A) - router Linux (GW1) - WAN-(GW2) ASA5510 - public network (B).

  * Results:

  I checked the IPSec Tunnel on the linux router and the Phase 1 and Phase 2 are on the RISE. ASDM also shows an IPSec connection with the correct settings (GW, LAN, left network etc.).

  If I understand "show iskmp crypto his ', ' show crypto ikev1 his ' and ' show crypto ipsec his" also shows that the connection is correct and MORE.

  * Now comes the interesting thing:

  If I ping from network A to network B, the icmp echo request go thorugh the tunnel and I can see the Rx bytes on the cisco ASA pick-me-up.

  If I ping from network to network B, I do not see any Tx Bytes on the Tunnel. The Linux router does not see also all packets through the tunnel.

  When I ping from network to network B, the firewall logs ICMP denies. This means that traffic from B to A, I don't know why, is does not match the corresponding ACL of Tunnel, the icmp, packets are routed to the default gateway instead through the tunnel and they are then adapt a less specific rule droping on the main firewall.

  * Configurations:

  I specially configured Crypto card that corresponds to networks in both directions.

  There is an ACL that allows traffic in both directions.

  There is a NAT rules that allows traffic between the two networks without being coordinated, so that the two networks to pass freely through the tunnels.

  * Ideas?

• S2S VPN works only in one direction

  I am very new to cisco devices, but we have recently acquired a catalyst 2911 device for our co - lo cabinet and I will try to get a vpn connection from site to site between installation and my network of offices as well as a remote access VPN for me to use in case I need to fix something then that apart from Labour Bureau.

  Gateway to the Office is 66.119.163.2 and the device is a TZ210 with his network is 192.168.1.0/24

  Co bridge is 204.244.50.254 and the device is 2911 ASR with its LAN network in 10.0.10.0/24

  The VPN S2S connection is in place between the two locations and 2911 device and servers LAN can ping and RDP for office machines.  Office network can only ping the IP Address of the LAN interface on the 2911 that is 10.0.10.1 but not the servers on the network.  the VPN site-to-site was created with the wizard CCP.

  How can I allow the network 192.168.1.0/24 see 10.0.10.1/24 network and why I only see now the gateway?

  If need be I can post my file running-config with the redacted pre-shared keys.

  You need only the first line of the ACL 125, well pls wanted to remove the 2nd line:

  1. access-list 125 allow ip 10.0.10.0 0.0.0.255 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255
  2. access-list 125 allow ip 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 10.0.10.0 0.0.0.255

  Also change the action of 'pass' to 'inspect' for the following

  Did you go to system-> mouse preferences?  I don't have a wireless mouse, so I do not know what parameters/functions would be listed here, but you can give it a try.
