  It's probably the pilots who are responsible and who may not really be later or they need to be
  re-installed anyway. The best way is to manually review using the methods below.

  Control Panel - device - SOUNDS - look for HD Audio Manager - Mine said RealTek High
  Audio definition (this is an example and you can have an other name/maker).

  Write the description and the model double click on it - tab drivers - write down
  Version. Now click on update drivers who cannot do anything as MS is far behind certifying
  drivers. Then CLICK RIGHT on it and UNINSTALL - REBOOT - this will rebuild the driver
  stack.

  You can have the default windows or a former certified pilot and it's all or part of the
  issue.

  Now, go to the site of the manufacturer of the system and get the latest Audio/Sound drivers - download - SAVE - go to
  where you put - right-click on Reboot - RUN AS ADMIN-

  Check the Version tab of the driver in the Device Manager as the restoration of the sound card drivers often
  and then install the latest version. Restart and check after each test, not
  rare to have to run the pilot of 1 to 4 times or more. Just the version make sure you
  installed shows upward on the tab of the driver.

• DPS App Builder does not CS6 Folio Builder Panel

  I am trying to test an application and to Create App step. However, when I use the Panel Builder Folio > Create App to order, enter a loop of DPS App Builder telling me I have to go to disconnect from DPS App Builder and go through Folio Builder Panel > Create App order.

  So I disconnect, go through the process again. Then in the App DPS generator, I can only "manage" my apps (I didn't as I have now deleted) I'm not able to create a new application of the table edge DPS or via App Builder.

  I am really struggling with this now as given that the upgrade to V28 DPS tools, nothing works and I can't move on Adobe for some techinical on DPS support.

  Can anyone throw any light why a person with a creative cloud account, not published applications, and all the correct certificates generated does not have the ability to create a new application for a complete Folio, with a. Zip file ready and waiting to go...?

  After a difficult journey, this simple solution cured this issue:

  1. Quit InDesign and all the other CS apps.
  2. First file, delete the opm.db is "your username" in /Users/ / Library/Applicationopm.db, and then start InDesign and try to connect to the control panel.

  I also remove the InDesign file (hold SHIFT, CTRL, ALT, CMD on startup of InDesign) as advised but don't know if that makes a difference.

  I'm really happy it seems to work again. Phew

When DPS App Builder opens, there is nothing listed under app type/name, despite the signing in builder app DPS with ee applicable Adobe ID. When I select 'New', then 'iPad', it brings me to a form that I then complete, but DPS App Builder goes no further when I choose "next". I am a user of editing simple forward trying to submit the application before the expiration time may 1st.

  PROBLEM RRESOLVED

  I uninstalled, restarted and installed as indicated forums. What I've found, is that DPS App Builder had a default startup window showing, so when Adobe InDesign CS6 and says to "create an APA", he sent the data to the DPS App Builder, but its default window was denying sharing of data. DPS App Builder did not have a folio of work from. When I open the DPS App Builder and check the "do not show at startup", closed the app and then tells InDesign to "create an app," once again, he succeeded. I was able to create icons and splash screens and connect certificates and move forward from there.

  Hi my microphone has problems. It works sometimes, but usually it does not. I don't know why it is, but maybe someone here can help you. It is really connected and activated, but it does not usually record as being connected. Does it only occasionally. I don't know if something is different when the microphone is, can't remember. I downloaded the latest drivers and have updated their but that did not help. I still have the same problem. Also, it seems that all audio services are running. So if anyone knows the solution I would be grateful.

• Help: CF Builder does not accept my previous serial number

  I have a serial number for CF Builder 3, which is an upgrade version.  My computer is completely dead, so I bought a new computer and installed 3 CFB.  I enter my serial number CFB 3 and for my previous serial number, I have entered my serial number CFB2.  Both come from my account here on adobe.com page.  The OK button is not enabled when I get my previous serial number.  I copy and paste my account page and I confirmed that I don't have any extra spaces in the serial numbers.

  I remember that I had a problem with the CFB 3 last year, and I had to get a new serial number.  This is perhaps why it does not work.

  I started a support Chat, but I was told that they do not support the BFC by CAT.   Are there any other options other than payment for a support call?

• ColdFusion Builder does not start

  After installing Coldfusion Builder and Flash Builder as stand-alone facilities on WinXP, I can't start one of them.

  In the Coldfusion Builder file where the the .exe is located, I get the log files hs_pid.log you'd see normally an issue in eclipse. I get the same problem with Flash Builder with the same hs error logs after the program fails. Of course, they suffer the same problem, and the root of the problem is the built-in eclipse they use.

  Any ideas? I realize that it would be hard to debug in the light of the total absence of know why applications fail. It's because Adobe offering any feedback from users when they fail.

  My guess is that there is a problem with the JRE installs, but there is no debug information to see what is happening. When I try FlashBuilderC.exe standalone, I get the following:

  I can run Flashbuilder as an eclipse plugin, and I think I could run CFBuilder as a plugin also, but this isn't really what I want to do. It's just frustrating that products that cost thousands of dollars fail silently, offer no recovery and does not at all fresh stand-alone installation.

  CFB and FB requires admin privileges to add other plugins third party or update itself. Running with elevated permissions should suffice. That said, that the issue could be lying with Eclipse and priv. Manager does not play well. Other Adobe products can play well with priv. Manager. Also, because you want to use FB and CFB, install them both in the same eclipse is more advantageous.

• Visual Query Builder does not work

  I use the ColdFusion Flex Builder 3 (3.0.1.205647) extensions, and I can't use the Visual Query Builder. This is a new installation for ColdFusion8. I have configured RDS, I even test the connection successfully.
  
  I can use the RDS DataView and see the databases, click cfartgallery, for example and see the facility 'art' content of the table. No problem. Then I click the button of "Visual Query Builder", and nothing happens. The query designer does not appear.
  
  It's not a big problem until I have try running the CF/Ajax application wizard and edit the page master is supposed to open query... Builder even problem. Same here, it will not open. So I can't change anything or use the wizards at all. I get no error message, it just does nothing when I click on the button.
  
  Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a setting I'm missing or need to set up after a new installation in the CF administrator?

  Windows Vista does not start.  It shows the horizontal scrolling green bar with microsoft (c) and then goes to a black screen with the mouse arrow that moves.
