  No, but as a level 2, you can report it to the moderators. Click on the arrow down and select report, and indicate your reasons for the mods to examine.

  It is simply an on again off again bug in the Jive Software running these forums. Quite often refresh the page or just wait a few moments and try again will fix it. There is nothing that you are doing wrong.

  Thank you very much for this. It would be useful that the name of this page have been changed to "register or volunteer for Mozilla Support. That would make things much easier. In addition, as I said, the login page is named "Log In Register." But you can not save actually there.

• Conversion of the discussions of the Forum Pages

  I have contributed on a forum of philosophy for a few years and just downloaded all of my text messages. There is a lot of it! This is a readable text file but he got all the information tag inside, the words in italics and quotes tags around them in the hooks.

  Why not just copy the formatted text and which paste directly into Pages? The formatting will be retained but perhaps also all line breaks, if there is.

  You have only the tags because you it converted to txt using the browser/player.

  If it is in fact nothing, but formatting HTML/XML, try to open it in LibreOffice [free] and see if it opens as formatting, because then you can simply save it as Word .docx and open in the Pages.

• Suggestion on the support forum

  The support forum seems well designed overall, but I wish there was a button 'Cancel' button 'I also have this problem. I'm constantly clicking this button by accident and it seems there is no cancellation. It distorts what problems are really important and is confusing. Maybe just a button next to the option to receive updates?

• In the forum Coursera pages there are different icons and buttons, but I see that only holders of palce, small squares with letters in there. Any help?

  In the pages of the coursera.org forum, there are different icons and buttons. They do not display correctly. I can see only tiny forms square with characters in them. Hovering on them can display information in some cases, but it is not very convenient. Although they recommend Firefox, I use Chrome instead. Chrome has no questions here so far. Is it possible to view these icons correctly?

  Many sites now use downloadable fonts to create their icons instead of the traditional image files. So, there are some Firefox settings that might be a factor, as well as the NoScript extension, if you use this (blocked objects).

  (1) in the dialog box fonts Advanced, unchecking the checkbox which allows the site to use its own choice of fonts. To check that:

  "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > content > button "Advanced".

  Here you must "allow pages to choose their own fonts.

  (2) on the deactivation of fonts downloaded in: config. It's less likely, or you remember probably not, but here's how to check on it.

  • In a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.
  • In the search box at the top of the list, type or paste the gfx and make a pause so that the list is filtered
  • If gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled preference is bold and user, set false, double-click it to return it true.

  This seems useful.

• Could not load certain types of forums

  While browsing through a few, some forums does not correctly load in Mozilla Firefox (same with IE), while when you use Google Chrome, it loads perfectly, this has been a problem for me for about 2-3 months without. I don't know if it's the problem of the Explorer solutions, or are a few glitch encryption (given that the site had DDoS protection by CloudFlare). As much as I saw it, the page has not been updated (update that happened initially charged very well).

  Hello, support.mozilla.org is hosted and managed by mozilla, the Organization, while mozillazine is a community project (which precedes the official mozilla help forum) who has also a large and active community help with problems of firefox...

• Avast Forum connection failed - works in Chrome etc.

  I am trying to log the avast forum and get this error each time (not the first site to do this on either)...

  I can access with Chrome, IE etc so logically, it takes a certificate stored in Firefox? I went to the Options - Advanced - certificates - view certificates, but I'm lost from there.
