  Now I see what the problem was. In the original SQL query, each condition is exclusive, for each record will only be categorized in one of the scenarios WHEN.   It's unfortunate, but it seems you missed the bus. Until the end of July 2016 you could buy a copy of Windows 10 to replace the non-genuine version on your desktop.
