downloaded the trial version free, when I try to open Lightroom I have two error messages. 1 - an error has occurred when attempting to change modules.  2. failed to create the required/folder/users/Bobsimac/library/application support/adobe/lightroom/develop presets. can anyone help.

Please, try the steps in the link provided by Franz Leu.

> You can also try to rename the folder Lightroom in the Sub Lightroom.old rental.

/Users/Library/Application Support/Adobe (i.e.: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe)

> Restart Lightroom and look for the question.
