  I am a student in new art and 2 weeks just before I got my email from the University, I thought I would practice on photoshop and download a free trial with a former adobe account (I have a map of the internet at the time simply pay for it)

  Just as my trial period is not exceeded, I decided to use my new email student to create an adobe account to qualify for the discount and buy the package of creative cloud on my computer. So, I bought the prepaid annual creative cloud with the student offer a discount.

  Before buying the property that I dragged my photoshop trial to the trash and empty, not knowing that I had to maybe uninstall the creative cloud...  (I am not the less expert advanced bit).

  After the online payment for the package he said creative cloud will open and I'll see the downloading programs. But when creative cloud opened saw all was a sign of the trial expired next to the photoshop application and a buy now button. I tried to contact adobe but are experiencing technical difficulties and cannot help me right now.

  Please if anyone knows or understood exactly what I was wrong could you tell me how to fix and successfully download the creative cloud package, which I paid for!

  On 8 July, I bought a new subscription for one year of Photoshop, because my old card was expired and support me operator recommended to cancel my old subscription and buy a new one with a new card.

  Just to let everyone know, I contacted Adobe via Live Chat Customer Service and talked to the Commissioner to have my subscription repaid and cancelled, because I was not able to use CC since July 1, 2016 and after 19 days, my patience has run out. So everyone here problems with the subscription, you must contact the customer by phone or live chat. If you are willing to wait, they escalate it to the highest level tech response team (I think they do it on a case by case basis). Keep asking them to worsen to the possible response team up (apparently they are swarmed, so that tells you how many people have the same problems) and request to speak to supervisors. Be firm and do not yield (I was promised 24 hours for the cases to be solved and the supervisor asked another 24-48 hours, which I refused because after 3 times, it was the limit and I didn't start the whole issue) that we paid service and now we cannot use it.

  I will be now to purge CC of my system and re - install CS6 who had none of these problems either. Good luck to everyone else facing this problem.

  If you still have any problem, please let us know the version of application point Adobe and the OS you are using.

  Also, let us know what happens when you try to print the PDF and if this problem occurs with a particular PDF or all.

  When you say that you are off licenses, you check those under my account at Adobe.com?

  I would like to mention that if the user purchases a single-user license, he or she gets a serial number and you are saying that you have a license 4, that means either you could buy license volume and those that can be seen under Adobe.com if you bought two individual products may be under two different Adobe id.

• Adobe Enterprise applications is not a link to a pre existing Adobe account.

  User can see that they have been granted access, but when you use the Downloader CC, they are only available tests. This adobe account was created years using an e-mail account of company and then later linked to the Adobe Enterprise Dashboard user for products CC. I deleted and readded in the dashboard and it doesn't change anything. They can see in their profile that they have received access to the title of their products, but cannot get the tests.

  1. Make sure you use the good Adobe ID - if added to the dashboard as Federated ID or company ID make sure they choose the 'Enterprise' option when you sign in.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect to the software by selecting help > Sign Out
  3. Make sure that you are connected to the internet
  4. The opm.db file contains the login user cached information and delete this file is a useful troubleshooting step. Once deleted a fresh file will be automatically created when you start creative cloud and reconnect.
  • Close the creative cloud application.
  • Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  • Delete the file opm.db.
  • Launch the creative cloud.
