  1. run the cleanup utility on the Local C drive windows disk

  2. restart your computer.

  3 run ccleaner , then click on "cleaner".

  Then, got to 'Register' then click Scan then click Fix all issues...

  4. prior to installing the Sims 3 game, clean installation disk using a disk cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Make sure the disk is dry until you load it in your DVD player.

  It is probably because you have a hard drive Serial ATA (SATA) in your computer.  These drives did not exist when Windows XP came out and so no drivers for this type of disc can be found in a regular Windows XP don't install.  Windows makes allowances for that by inviting you to press the "F6" key at the beginning of the installation process, but then you must provide the SATA drivers diskette (no other medium will do).

• We get "this brush format is not supported in Illustrator" error when you try to use brushes to adobe brush cc app.

  I created a few brushes in the new adobe application, but cannot use them in photoshop or illustrator as a result of the above error message.   Yes, if you have a 3 GB of RAM on your computer and 2 sticks. You can try to remove one of the RAM stick and check if the installation goes through.
