  I understand that you can print documents with success and however, make copies when you try to print a Web site or an e-mail, the pages come out blank.

  Personally, I think that there could be a problem with the browser you are using and would recommend that you try to print from another browser. Firefox or Chrome should work. Please try one of them and let me know what happens!

  I'm trying to print on a printer Epson Stylus Photo R2400 connected to the Mac Mini. I tried to reinstall the printer driver. Did not work. I then redownloaded the sw Epson printer (has removed the printer from the printers installed and selected again - reinstalled in the system preferences, he got an error message that the printer driver is missing some parts and I would like to fix it - I clicked on repair and it was installing something.)   I get constant "paper jam" error when you try to print photos on HP Premium Plus photo papers. I use 13 x 18 cm and A4 documents. I gave up a single sheet of A4 paper and printed the printer self-test report and it shuts everything OK.

  Troubleshooting instructions made me pick up the problem with Lightroom. I came across a statement "some other Adobe software users have reported conflicts with HP printers. They tend to have long names and a simple change of name of the printer, for example to something like desktop printer or MYPRINTER seems to work"(here).

  And guess what. It resolved my problem as well. I have configure most of the options of printed model but the printing again.

  When you try to print, you get the message as PCL XL Error, error InternalError 0 x 50.

  PCL XL errors occur when you use the PCL6 drivers.

  1. What is brand and model printer?

  2 - is the printer test page print correctly?

  To fix the problem, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.

  Also, you can turn off the printer for 30 seconds and turn it back on and see if the problem still occurs.

  Solved the problem. Changed the configuration of updates of ' install updates automatically (recommended) to "check and download (do not install). Updates are now being downloaded and my choice to install.
