Get Stop and WDFLDR errors.

I have a Dell Inspiron mini computer laptop. As soon as you see the Windows XP screen, it suddenly becomes 2 errors. 1st error: Stop: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0xf7664211, 0xf7a72724, 0xf7a72420). 2nd error: WDFLDR. SYS - address f7664211 base at f765B000, DateStamp 4a5bbf1d. I tried to run in safe mode, etc. Unable to get it to do anything. While in the search for answers on how to solve this problem, I imagined that I have to reinstall XP. My first problem is that my laptop doesn't have a hard drive. Anyone know if I can somehow hang on the mini laptop to my desktop computer and staring like that? Knowledge is a wonderful thing, and it would be muchly appreciated if someone would like to share some of their knowledge with me. Times like this can make me feel like silent as a rabbit. I've assembled microchips for Matsushita (Panasonic) for 10 years, but still do not have as much knowledge... Sad huh? Need your help please... Thank you

Hi takabrk,

· What is the service pack installed on the computer?

· Do you remember all the recent changes on the computer before the show?

The below listed points may also be the cause of the error:

a. video card drivers might be incompatible

b. computer BIOS might be incompatible with Windows XP

c. the computer would not be enough disk space to run Windows XP

Try the methods below:

Method 1:

Remove all external devices connected to the computer as breeders scanners or USB external hard drives and restart the computer and check if you receive the error.

Method 2:

Try the steps from the link below: how to troubleshoot a Stop error 0x0000007E in Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/330182

As you do not have the Setup disk, see the link below: how to create a boot disk for an NTFS or FAT partition in Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305595

    Hello

    You can view these methods:

Method 1: As a first step, check to see if the hard disk becomes detected or listed in the Basic Input/Output system (BIOS). Also, be sure to change the boot order in the CMOS settings so that thehard drive is the first on the list.

Note: To learn how, see the documentation provided with your computer or contact the manufacturer of your computer.

Note: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from configuration can resolved BIOS/CMOS settings. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

Method 2: If the manufacturer has installed the Recovery Console on your computer, perform the check disk to fix this.

At the recovery console command line, type:

    Chkdsk /r

When you restart your system, your computer will be scanned for errors and will try to correct them.

Note: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

    Hi Donald,.
Here is a walk through one of our best community members Bruce Hagan.
I think that this is your specific problem.

    Error number: 0x800C0133 = a corrupt Inbox.

Move any message you want to save to a local folder that you create. Then, remove the problem of Inbox as follows.

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder options | View.

With OE closed, find the box of Inbox.dbx and delete it. Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

    General precautions for Outlook Express:

Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the processors and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

Original title: error NET HELPMSG 3521 while checking the Update Service was stopped.

    Windows Vista. 32-bit, SP1 and 2

Long story short, I tried to fix my problem of update windows since the beginning of July 2011.  My computer does not stop when you install updates automatically or manually.  I got a 8024000 error.  A shot an email to Ms support and I received an email quickly with some procedures to do.  I don't have to make these 4 days later.  Here is the part of the email.

This problem may be caused by the following factors:

    1. the Windows Update service has stopped.

2 corrupt Windows Update temporary files.

    3. bad Internet connection settings.

    4 corrupted DLL files.

Step 1: Check the services concerned of the update of Windows

    1. click on the button 'Start' in the 'Search' bar type: "services.msc" (without the quotes) and press ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. double-click on the service "Windows Update".

    3. click on the 'general' tab. Make sure the "Startup Type" is "Automatic" or "manual". Then please click the button "Start" under "Status of Service" to start the service.

    4. repeat the above steps with the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS).

    I completed this step.

Step 2: Rename the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution Windows Update

    1. close all open windows.

    2. click on the "Start" button, click "All programs" and click on "Accessories".

    6. in the opened folder, find the folder named "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution".

    7. right click on the folder, select Rename, and type "SDold" (without the quotes) to rename this folder.

    8. while still in the window "Administrator: command prompt", type the command "net start WuAuServ" (without the quotes) in the window to restart the service Windows updates

It did not work.  I received a message...

The syntax of the command is

    C:\Windows\System32>_

I tried again from the beginning and now get the following error: NET HELPMSG 3521

"MS supports has not returned my emails to the technology or the Manager.

Can someone help me?  Please notify.  Suzzz-Q

There are many other measures that followed the foregoing.  If anyone is interested in reading all of this...
