GetTypeDisplayString: obsolete!

Unfortunately, this morning I disovered that the GetTypeDisplayString method is obsolete. The proposed solution "To use the PropertyObjectType.DisplayString property instead" does not solve my problem.

I used this method to get the type of the variable of local variables using the search string in the entry. The proposed solution doesn't have any search string as input.

How can I get the same results with the new method?

Thank you very much.

If you need to use a search string do the following:

myVar.GetPropertyObject ("MyLookupstring", 0). Type.DisplayString

Hope this helps,

-Doug
