This will give you the list of which models are compatible with the networks. It looks like an AT & T phone (model A1633) will be compatible with the band 30, but won't be compatible with Verizon's network.   My guess is that the models of Verizon (CDMA) do not work on the T-Mobile GSM network. Data connection does not work at least LTE. Not sure about the voice. T-Mobile and AT & T models may support data LTE in both networks.
