  You have all null values in your Outlook address book? Usually, you can find them by sorting by name and look for empty entries. Also, you have an images associated with any of your contacts? (link to KB) If so, try to delete the photo.

  Hello. I'm not having any luck import my contacts in the people application :-(. I have a lot of contacts in Outlook, and this account (my main account from Microsoft) appears under 'accounts' in the settings. When I opened this account however, it shows that E-mail as content to synchronize. I created an outlook.com account and added that the people app, and when I check the settings for that one, it shows emails, contacts and calendar as "content to synchronize. I've also added my Google gmail account and my Skype account, but the contacts of those who do not appear either.   First I did a search but the results that are returned are all either outdated (using ActiveSync) or does not work for me (CalDAV and using the client to add a default account).

  I have a free Gmail from Google Apps (e.g. @companyname instead of @gmail) business account and the difficulty to get the calendar and contacts. I had no problem adding my regular Gmail account and that synchronized all emails, contacts and calendar list, but the Google Apps account will only add to my @website account, but not the calendar or contact list.

  Can someone help or direct me to a thread that I might have missed?

  Oh, I'm sorry... I missed the word 'free' on your first post... you have free Google Apps and not paid Google Apps... As far as I KNOW, only paid accounts still get ActiveSync:

  For example, if you add your Facebook account to the people App, all contacts that it will be shown in the people App, but they are not saved locally. It is just linked to your Facebook account. Thus, the image of a particular contact will change unless the account holder he spends his account.
