  Hello! I would like to be able to track how many people clicked on the button "more" in my film animation, and then how far along, they got in the animation. Ideally, I'd like that this information appear in my google analytic, but no useful output would be a great help!

  I'm just using simple symbols that control the timeline, nothing complicated. The lean more button to get it started, and then the "button" on the left to scroll through the show is that I would like to follow.

  You try to check the Google code in your site?

  If yes then there are other methods to check the site in GA, I suggest to try those.

  About preview thumbnails, please try to check with the browser preview where the inserted html code should work.

• Problems with Google analytic code

  Hi there-

  Just having a little trouble to add google analytic code on my site.

  I looked through previous forums and have tried:

  (1) adding the code in the Page Properties > metadata > for < head > HTML for each page as well as

  (2) by adding the code "Insert html" and placing this time at the base OF the page in the footer.

  In both cases I have regained my google analytic, refreshed the page (and even connected to) and it is still telling me that the tracking info has not been installed.

  Any suggestions?

  I finally configured my site in dreamweaver and have a menu spry acceptable and even managed to post videos. I'm at the point where I want to start getting comments on my site and I'd like to track visitors, so I signed up for google analytic and got the tracking code.

  When I went to advanced settings. Since I was a menu spry that stays on the same page when you click on the menu options, I copied and pasted the advanced tracking code indication: before the < tag closed position.  My video stopped working, and the google analytic dashboard showed no activity, even if I visited the site several times to test.

  I finally got my site back to the operational and still want to track visitors, but I am a little worried about all spoil by pasting the analytical code. Any suggestions on inserting the code and tests when you use a spry menu?

  Is there a recommended way to test things without fear to alter for always the original file? I'm probably wrong assuming limits because I assume that the index file is connected to all the other files and therefore less editable without consequences for other files.

  In addition, it is necessary to download the entire folder by making small changes or can I just download the files that have been changed?

  I had the same problem, but using the Safari browser for Mac seems to be the solution for now.

  You can add the tracking code to the footer on the master page, like WebHelp. It works for Multiscreen, but I've not implemented for reactivity (11.0.3 and later, he works for 11.0.2 and earlier versions). But I don't see why it won't work.

I "put" other files as a test and they work very well and also transferred the problem files from within my host, so its just Dreamweaver. Anyone else had this before Miu?
