  I downloaded the latest update of the Bios for the computer laptop afforementioned, and it is not allowing me to update. It says that I need to make sure that: Bios is not later than 210 (mine is 1.80), AC is connected (it is), and that the battery is greater than 10% fee (mine is 100%).

  I have tried everything I can think (update running as administrator, reset the bios by default, removing all power from the laptop for half an hour etc.) and I still get this error message?

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  If so, uninstall and update this tool. Once again install it and restart the laptop.
  Then try to update the BIOS once more.

  I got a message when I turn on my satellite 1800-100.
  "bios (block3) is damaged (call your local Department of human)." "Place a maintenance disk in the drive and press to enter.
  I downloaded the bios and inserted in the drive. The laptop read the disk and successfully write the new bios, but when it restarted it have the same error message. So I need the MAINTENANCE DISKETTE.

  As much as I know the dual display is not possible. Either watch you on LCD display or on the TV. The two of them at the same time will not work. Reason because it's the protection against copying, and also because of very high data transfer.

  If you can get into the BIOS, try to disable AMT (under the Security menu)

  I have a PSAR3A - 02U002 Satellite A500 with BIOS version 1.9 is installed.

  After reading several forums, I discovered that there may be a BIOS (v2.0) update available to resolve the current problem, these Satellites have with overheating cooling switch down.

  Excited, I have tried to install the new BIOS - this is what I get:

  "There is an error occurred, please check below the elements."
  BIOS version more than 200.
  Battery capacity more than 10%.
  AC is fixed. »

  First of all, my BIOS version is 190, no more than 200. Second, I find it very difficult to believe that the battery must be less than 10%. And third, I don't see what that remove the power supply cable will do.

  Please note that this update of the BIOS found on Toshiba's European website, but v2.0 claims to be a worldwide release. I then checked on the Australian site and there is no BIOS for my model. I don't know how to interpret this contradiction.

  So I think that BIOS update is not available at this time for you. European and Australian models have different model numbers, so I doubt that the update of the BIOS is always the same. The pieces of equipment may also be different.

  In your case, I would wait until the BIOS was released on the page Australian too.

  Before you start the update of the BIOS, make sure that all files are checked and logged as administrator. Then close all running programs execution also your AntiVirus and your firewall, then launch the BIOS update.
  Also make sure that the battery is fully charged and AC/DC adapter is plugged in.

  In addition, it would be interesting to know what OS you start the update.

  Can you post more information about this behavior? What version of BIOS you are using at the moment and what BIOS update you try exactly?

  BIOS update requires administrator privileges, so you must run the update as an administrator. Also unzip all the files to zip archive before you start the update.

  May I ask * why * you want to update the BIOS?

  Last weekend, I bought my laptop and I can't seem to do the update of the BIOS (from 1.30 to 1.40). I use Vista 32 Home Premium SP1 (which came preinstalled in the phone) and after downloading, unpacking and running the file provided by the TOSHIBA (PO10140M.exe) site, I get the following error message:

  C:\Users\Dado\AppData\Local\Temp\iscA516tmp\insyde flash.exe could not be run.

  I don't know it's the right file, because it was one mentioned, after completing all the fields in the search screen update BIOS.

  I don't understand what the problem is because the laptop is brand new.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  You are an administrator?

  Try right-clicking the BIOS file and select "Run as Administrator"

  Also to disable your antivirus, it can block the update of the BIOS.

  For this old Satellite notebook, you can download Win and TRAD BIOS update.
  Here you can download the updated BIOS TRAD (traditional) version and it works using the floppy and has nothing to do with the Windows operating system.

  I don't know if you can fix damaged BIOS, but you can try it.

  This message always appears during the clean boot procedure or it appeared only once?

  Generally 'bad checksum' error message if the CMOS battery does not work correctly.

  But I have no idea why you get this message after update BIOS... Anyway if the laptop works correctly after updating the BIOS then you should t be worried.

  I have a 7966R SMU with interface MXI Win7-64 / LV2013 - 32 bit. The installation works. VI can execute on the target FPGA.

  I want to debug a FPGA on the host vi use simulated via custom VI IO. I try to follow the tutorial using LabVIEW: Tutorial: creating test (Module FPGA). Did the custom test vi and the "inverter.vi" and set the mode of the simulated performance.

  When you run the "inverter.vi" (FPGA target but for now simulate on host computer) I get this error message dialog box:

  Can you show us what the host vi looks like?  You open multiple references to the same FPGA vi?

  You close the refecence when you complete the vi?

  Can you try to close completely, LabVIEW can open an example flexrio from the finder example and trying to run it on the dev machine?
