• Gray background dark instead of transparency, how to fix?

  Windows, PS CS4. I try to erase a part of an image as there is nothing there. However, when I delete the part of the bottom layer (I have not layers below it and no top occupying the same space), I don't see the transparency checkerboard pattern, but the dark gray. This gray as part of the rest of the picture as if it was a color instead of being transparent. To be precise, it is the white between the borders of a comic strip, I'm going to erase. Thank you.

  Settings for transparency in the preferences of your look just fine, but your deletion on a locked background layer, which will not show the transparency grid, just what color you have for the sample of the background in the Toolbox.

  In order to achieve transparency in the example image, the background layer should be converted to a normal layer by double-clicking

  on the thumbnail of the layer in the layers panel. (the background Eraser automactically converts the locked in a normal layer background layer)

  Also tried to install it directly via the printing preferences apple, same result both times.

  When the printer is turned on, the first minutes it will print normal color.

  Thereafter, prints that include color test page are non-existent. Not even scale it does not simply print the gray color part.

  Test bed page provide cartridges 100% with OK level. Attempted to solve HP Easycolor settings, reset the default values on the menu printer, reinstall the drivers, same result. (introductory cartridges are still in place, I removed all of them very carefully by following the instructions in the HP website and put them back in again without success please help it is a printer of new office less than a month old.)

  Thanks for your thorough explanation but finally, here's what worked:

  On screen LCD printer go to settings > print quality > color calibration > calibration market > NEVER

  Now, it always prints color.

• First 14 Elements not rendered Timeline

  I have a 60 fps of 2560 x 1440 project that was created by importing a video clip that I created in a blender.  It works very well and chronology, making the status line is gray in my opinion, means that this clip was, or does not, require rendering of chronology.  I then add a clip to the timeline that was created with a video capture software that has a different resolution for the project, i.e. from 1856 x 1392 60 fps.  The status line above made this clip appears in orange which I think means that it requires chronology made for the timeline playback smoother.  So, I first made the gray markers on the timeline to cover the whole of the project, i.e. the markers that can be set using the Alt and square bracket keys.  Then, I click on the chronology rendered button.  However, the rendering dialog box flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second followed by the video on the timeline during playback.  No rendering takes place and the State line remains orange.

  Can someone help with this problem?

  Well, after a lot of testing, it seems that the only one of the codecs above that works pretty well for me is the Microsoft AVI codec (1129730893).  Two of the other variants AVI rendered, but that led to a blurry glimpse crushed vertically and the other just a black preview screen.

  I can at least now feel that I have tried all the options and chose the best (but not only) available.  Time to actually do any editing work now

  I'm about to start editing a project which includes a few hundred cinemaDNG sequences of images. Is it just me or are there at - there no way to import sequences of images in large numbers quickly and efficiently and without boring myself in a grave at the beginning?

  If I import a main folder that contains many subfolders of sequences of images, first think very long and then matter each sequence of images of hundreds of times. It seems to look in the folder image sequence, and then for each frame in the sequence import a version of the sequence of the entire image. Bonkers.

  The alternative is to import each of my sequences of images individually. Cmd - I, put you in the folder, click an image, wait for import, repeat hundreds and hundreds of times. I'm sorry but this is a shortcut to mental illness and/or carpal syndrome.

  Adobe. Please, I beg you. People want to work on many many sequences of images. Not one or two. Please get it together.

  Or am I missing something here?

  First of all, what version of PrPro you are on?

  In all cases, you should not import each sequence of images of hundreds of times. If it does than 10 this part is a bug. What he will do when importing from parent folder level, must import each folder that contains each (sequential) image as a separate file rather than as a sequence of images. To import as a sequence of images, you must use the import dialog box. Browse to find the first frame of the sequence. When you have selected, you can check the "Image Sequence" option in the dialog style OS and then import it will know to import all the images as a single item of the image sequence. It is separate from a regular sequence PrPro point and is in fact just treated like any other clip media. However, it is true that you can not import many sequences of images at a time of in a common Press Kit due to this design limitation where the first image must be explicitly selected before the "image sequence ' box United Nations-grays."   How can I fix a problem with my laptop screen?

  The upper part of the monitor is nomal and works very well. But the lower part of the screen has a gray as Monica covering the screen. The two sections are divided by a straight line. The laptop in this condition it is difficult to do, because the bottom of the screen is so hard to see. Any help with this condition would be appreciated. The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5868, I can't afford to buy another laptop. Please someone help!

  What version of Windows have installed you on the laptop?

  When did you notice this problem? If this is a recent problem, follow the steps in this document to restore your computer to an earlier point.

  Follow these steps in this document to start your computer in Mode safe. Safe mode that will start the Basic programs and drivers required to start Windows. If the screen is back to normal in safe mode, it lets us know that the issue is not the base drivers. We can then pass from the computer in a clean boot State. This will let us know if a software conflict is causing the problem.

  You must make the markers of track in regions for the Export of work function. Make sure that you have placed a marker at the end of the file, as well as at the beginning of each track. Then select all the markers in the marker list by left clicking the first then shift left click on the last. You can then merge markers in the channels using the comb as icon (3rd from left) at the top of the list of markers. You will then be able to export the lines marked as separate files.

• Markers in gray with RED .r3d files!

  I swallowed a bunch of RED .r3d files, markers are grayed out and I can't use them.  I have tried everything and can't get to work at all.

  Before anyone asks, Yes, I left of the .r3d in their original structure of folders...

  Any ideas?

  Hello

  RED is a format that adobe has not yet support XMP metadata.  Without this support, prelude knows that he cannot add markers. That's why the markers are grayed out. RED metadata support is in our backlog of product for a future version.

• 6 put new ones in place. Lower part of the screen is gray / no quick accesskeys?

  I've just set up my new s 6 and the bottom of the screen is gray with no access key. I cannt understand how to change that for the life of me! Update 9.2 and that nothing has changed. What's wrong? I can't extend the screen find the keys that are usually here!

  My new printer works, but although I've marked the parameters for the letter and print preview appears correct, that the printed pages are coming on only the left excluded from the page.  On the right 1/3, there is a gray rectangle.  I really need to fix.

  Thanks again for your response.  It turned out that the printer was not to blame.  I was using the word 2016 and he had a setting of markup that was running.  When I turned is disabled, gray Panel went out.  Unfortunately, he seems to be the default setting and returned.  But until I figure out how to fix I just check the section of markup on the Ribbon and make sure it is off.
