  Try a new installation of the Flash plug-in as follows.

  First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  Flash Player Uninstaller.

  Once the download is complete, close all the browser windows, open your downloads folder and run the program uninstaller.  Once done, restart the laptop.

  Then (unless you already have it), download and install Firefox , then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before downloading.

  Close all browser windows before you run the installer of Flash.

  Start Firefox and see if the videos etc. play Ok in this browser - if they do, close Firefox, open Internet Explorer and click on the same link Adobe Flash above to get a command prompt to install the Flash component.  Once completed, restart Internet Explorer.

You can use first Clip to pull against the green screen and set up your first edit and then choose Edit in Premiere Pro to access the tools in Premiere Pro.   Hi, I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and were not able to watch videos in the edge browser.  I get a green screen and his only.  I tried the guide troubleshooting, but when I right click to bring up the flash player settings there is no tab display.  I also have Chrome installed and videos play fine in it.  The view tab appears in the flash player settings when using Chrome.  Any help with this would be appreciated.  Thank you.  Flash Player version: 18.0.0.232

  Thanks for providing the dxdiag.

  To disable hardware acceleration, just add the threshold at the end of the file (mms.cfg):

  DisableHardwareAcceleration = 1

  Also, while your changes if you get an error similar to: "the file is already in use", follow the procedure; below

  1 copy the file to another location(for eg desktop)

  2. then make the necessary changes, then save the file

  3. copy the file to the original location.

  Try the following.

  Right-click on the video (green screen), and then select settings.

  Remove the tick from the box "Enable hardware acceleration", and then click Close.

  Refresh the current page, and see if the video is now Ok.

  You all hate me for this... I was filming a music video for my boyfriend with the help of green screen, but really wanted to wear his company logo shirt who, you guessed it, Green lettering that said his company name... I knew this would cause an issue since if I touch the Green, the letters will have disappeared from his shirt too... Is there a way to just press the green background and keep the Green logo on his shirt? I have a feeling that there must be a way around it... If not I'll just refilm and my boyfriend carry no green.

  There are instructions in the PrPro online help files... go to your 'Help' section on the menu bar and the option for the manual online. You can search pretty easily. Very similar to what you do on the green screen in the first place.

Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 7)

• Deactivation of the charms and green screen on videos

  I have a laptop HP running Windows 8.  I followed the instructions on how to disable scrolling of the corner and the deactivation of the charms, but I still get the sidebar on the right/charms.

  Also, I can watch a few videos online, then no reason the screen turns green. I tried some stuff I've read online, but it is still ongoing. Someone said that I have to update the drivers, but I don't know how or where to do it.

  I try to do a green screen of a video, I recorded in front of a green background.

  PP does not remove the entire bottom, which is green. I can see the bottom, but there is a light gray "shadow" on it.

  I try to do a green screen with imovie, and here I get a very light background.

  Pp, I use "Ultra-clé", and then I choose the color green. I tried to play a bit with the shadow, but it destroys the color of my black shirt too.

  Unless you have a background in studio-perfect so any chroma keying requires very careful, adjustment and many times it can simply be done with one pass. Mask of each area, run an instance specifically tuned to the Keyer on it, and if necessary use rotoscoping, if something won't go away. Ultra key is OK when the film was lit properly, but he fights really with uneven lighting and 420 codecs - the main push and pedestal too will destroy your squares. You can find better results with Keylight in After Effects because it is based on pixels instead of focused on the form, but for really complex keying most people use third-party tools (e.g. Primatte) that can set the key parameters in different parts of the frame and fix uneven lighting.
