• I lost everything I worked on when prefs.js has replaced itself.

  I had a problem of deletion of an entry in the prefs.js file. He kept rewriting itself to what it had been before I removed it. So I renamed to see if she could get recreated entirely. After looking at my notes of a previous issue, I found that I have not had installed the Session Manager. I remembered that the Session Manager included in the latest version of Tab Mix. I've disabled my module Manager of Session and used one to Tab Mix. I deselected the option to use Firefox built in session restore now my open tabs are back and it behaves like it was before.

  I checked all my Add-ons and plug-ins for a list, that I had a previous mess and it seems that I have not lost one of them after all. Then I went to add back the themes that I had lost and they were all back. I had not even tried to get than even their return.

  I just checked my prefs.js file and it seems to be the only one, that I had before the problem. I have no explanation as to why everything came back. It might even be divine intervention. It's working now and I am delighted.

  Now if I can just get back all this time...

  I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 ultimate installed on it. I recently did a huge update that had the little pop up at the bottom right of my screen saying something like: this is an important update, your computer will restart in 15 minutes. So I decided to do and went.

  When I came back, I lost everything... And I mean everything! I am a digital artist with photoshop CS5 and other programs, I had hundreds of photos and several paid and other programs... Went. It was as if I just bought a new laptop. With firefox and recycle bin on my background.

  If you know a way to get everything back, please let me know.

  Perform the System Restore to an earlier date updates you mention in your question. This should restore your computer to its previous state.

  I had already been told by phone when I tried to cancel before the end of my 12 month subscription that I have to wait until it ended and then could cancel when I tried that I would be out of the period of 12 months, otherwise I would have to pay the cancellation fee or pay the rest of the period.  So, today, when I tried to cancel, I was shocked to be told I had been concluded an additional month of 12 June 2015 plan and having to pay £ 91,30 cancellation fees.  They said they sent me, but I don't have email, not even in junk.  When I tried to complain, customer service were not at all helpful and stuck to their "script" that I have to pay to the top!  I find it disgusting that Adobe Customer Services have no customer any service to their customers.
