He said that he cleaned everything, but after the transfer of some files from my old hard drive, photos and music for a total of 5 GB, I noticed the hard drive had used 81 GB.   Transfer facilities of Adobe does not normally operate.  You must reinstall using installation files.  At a minimum you must disable, but you may find that you need to uninstall and reinstall.
