Activate the first two online perfectly. The third party will not activate so I used the method of the phone. The automated waiting requires the 9 key series of 6 figures and said so I have to answer the questions. The first question is "how many computers have you installed this license on? The answers will take you to a report that says: "we're sorry, but you do not meet the requirements of this license."   Method rather than the above helped.

  After trying them I managed to solve the problem in an invasive way more.

  The solution that worked:

  I have re installed my Windows, updated with all Windows updates and installed the latest drivers.

  (My previous instance of Windows 7 was updated with updates and drivers)
  After that, I started Bluetooth Support Service and set it to automatic. Restart the PC, plug in the device and ALL the drivers installed automatically (including the)

  (Protocol RFCOMM TDI) Bluetooth device.
