  You can not migrate to the installations of the Adobe software from one system to the other, as these applications install plug-ins and various preferences and code in several locations on your system (Windows and Mac OS - and WIndows was also the question of a myriad of registry entries).   • Enter about: config in the address bar and press to enter.
  • Agree that you will be attentive
  • Search for media.autoplay.enabled

  If you want to install Windows 98 and you don't have it, you can buy a copy. You can only buy used copies these days, but if you can find one, it must be very cheap.
