HELP 0X0000007E

I get the blue screen stop: 0x0000007E (0XFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0XFFFFF880010676B0, 0XFFFFF8800397E868, 0XFFFFF8800397E0C0)

A local technician told me that my computer was useless and that I had to buy another one, is it true? is there a solution for this problem?

All 24 of them between 2013 and today related to iaStor.sys Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver - ia32.

Remove the driver current completely and install the latest driver available.  For instructions on how to do read everything to update the drivers of my partner JMH3143 http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-hardware/updating-a-driver/a5e6345e-af9b-4099-bef0-8d22254aa1c1?tm=1436753520149 here

    Hello

If this is the first time, you've seen this error, I'm not too concerned about it. There are not too many people who have not encountered this scenario occasionally.

The time to worry, if it happens regularly, as this may indicate a component defective that will need to be diagnosed later.

On this occasion, I suspect that the start process has detected an anomaly any (possibly a play on hard drive control) and rather than allow Windows to continue it stopped with the error on blue screen.

    Kind regards

Symptoms: Booted computer, loaded the raid drivers and showed at the start screen XP for half a second then to BSOD with a Stop error Code 0x0000007E - see also a lot of users (0xC0000001D, 0 x-, etc.) as well.

    Solution:

1 boot from your Windows XP CD and start the recovery console. You may need to press F6 while RC loads in order to load the SATA drivers. you will have a prompt c:\WINDOWS to the console.

    2. type: CD $NtUninstallKB977165$ \spuninst (it's the update, I had to uninstall to get out of the boot loop, other updates can be uninstalled by changing the name of the directory to $NtUninstallKBCODE$, where KBCODE is the code KB)

    3. type: BATCH spuninst.txt

    4. type: exit

Don't forget to configure your system to boot from the HD before resuming. I hope this helps. Saved me a lot of hassle today.

I'm not a computer expert, so please exscuse me, 3 days ago, the computer kept freezing, I am running a packard bell intel celeron with windows vista, I have norton anti virus so I don't think my problem is the apparent virus, first Frost was intermittent but after an hour or two , all froze and wouldn't respond, I disconnected the power and he started upward, repair of windows says something along the lines of stacking and told me I had to check my drivers, I rebooted and was able to get back on but after a few minutes it kept freezing up again I went through the process and finally managed to put online, a message popped up on my screen telling me to update vista to service pack 2, I did, the computer seems to work very well so I thought that the problem has been resolved, yesterday when I turned on the same thing happened, yet once I went through the process and finally got the computer to work after several attempts , it would start up then restart itself or sometimes the screen would be just black and nothing would happen, the computer would be buzz but anything in life. yesterday after finally getting to turn on another message came up saying there are 31 important updates for vista, I downloaded once again of course it seremed work very well and I thought it was fixed, but unfortunately not yet today the same thing happens when I arrived to start the computer I decided to write the blue screen messages that include

    0x0000007E (0xc0000005 0x806a0c04 0x803995ec 0x803992e8) acpi.sys - address 806A0C04 base at 80 68 B000
After that a long stay him to start it in safe mode, which took 2 hours is the same in safe mode, just frozen, I tried again and got to work in safe mode and it froze again and finally I managed to get to the top and works normally, I really have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it I managed to save important things like the photos that I have the impression that he wants to die, I even tried the system restore which is nothing because when it updated 2 days ago, it wipe all old restore points and so I absoloutley no way to restore to a point before he decides to drop , I have not downloaded new software in the last months have so no idea what could the cause of the problem, please help, and remember that while I can work around the basics I'm not an expert so please try to keep it simple :)

  • Error 0x0000007E Stop etc. Help, please

    Hello

My computer came with a problem in the case where each time I get an error Stop: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x82B2B443, 0x8B7C38C8, 0x8B7C35C4). I don't know what caused it but I started noticing it when I received an update of graphs through the update of Windows. I've updated, but just as he was about to finish my computer froze and shut. Initially, the computer would turn off a continuous long beep on start up and not actually start up. When I could go beyond it times everything worked fine except for my Defragmenter, which for some reason even if I leave it's going 2 days right it will not end. I also ran AVG and Combofix (separately) to see if it was a virus and although I got some viruses at the point where I do not think that this is the cause because I can not find. About 3 weeks after it started the beep long continuous has been replaced with the Stop error. My thought is that there is something wrong internally or Combofix has deleted some registry files important without me being aware. Could someone provide me with what they think happened here, what was the cause and a way to resolve this would be nice. See you soon

    Hello

This long beep is a hardware error and you need help from a real computer store (no leeks
and displays a Best Buy or other stores) or system manufacturer support.

Not much point in trying to make other troubleshooting because it is the main issue and the same
root cause of the 7th Bug_Check which is usually hardware.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello!

For the life of me I can't figure out how to get my machine to boot successfully. Nothing changes when I choose Safe Mode, last known good Configuration, enable VGA Mode, booting, Directory Services Restore Mode or Debug Mode logging.

It's very stressful, because I'm right smack dab in the Middle a semester at the College. I have most of what I currently need access to supported illuminates... but not quite all :( It is also very reassuring to be able to take care of the school of work away from the library of the University. Yesterday, my computer was working fine... I think that Windows has completed an update, if I can't remember now. As I woke up this morning, I was not able to boot all the way to Windows only once.

My laptop is a HP Pavilion dv6000 running XP Media Center, and I have not installed new hardware since I bought the machine about 3 years ago.

Here are more details, where they can help in the diagnosis of my problem:

    • ID of the system board: 30BB
    • Type of processor: Genuine Intel(r) CPU T2250
    • Processor speed: 1730 MHz
    • Total memory: 1024 MB
    • Video memory up to: 128 MB
    • BIOS version: F.06

Here's the entire message to the blue screen:
    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Make sure you have enough disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video cards.

Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS. Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select Safe Mode.

I also learned to a blue screen that says something about "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". I think that this happens when I try to start safe mode.

Also, I never did much with computer problems beyond what could be repaired with the restoration of the system... so not being is not able to boot at all me has to stop. Please, I beg you! Help me?!

With great appreciation for your time,.

  • Error 0X0000007E Stop after installing the new card mother and CPU.

Original title: Stop error after installing the new card mother and CPU.

After I installed a new motherboard and CPU I got a stop error 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0XB77EA756, 0XB84C742C, 0xB84C7128) and it restarted immediately. It always starts in safe mode, but I can't understand what is wrong. The old processor is a pentium 4 3 ghz, not sure what the motherboard was, new processor is AMD Athlon 64 X 2 Dual core 4200 + and I only know that the motherboard is an ASUS socket AM2. Device Manager does not recognize the CPU correctly, it shows just two entries called processor. As far as I can tell, it's almost certainly a driver issue, but I don't know how to diagnose or fix this. I am running windows XP home, I removed my video card, running 2 hard drives at 120 g (M) and 200 g (S), a DVD drive (M) and a reader of CD (S), and a stick of RAM to 1 GB.

If you have made the change without having to reinstall XP, you will be taking and Pray H@ll. the best thing to do would be to reinstall XP and make sure you have the drivers available for your motherboard available so that you can update the installed chipset. In addition, be aware that if you have an OEM of Windows version, the license is dead when you changed the mother/CPU card.

    I hope this helps.
