  I think that I figured this out finally. Here's what I did:
  1 put flat as well the 1 TB drive and the 16 GB SSD, no flying over partitions, all unallocated space.
  2A took the mSata SSD out of the machine before I tried Win8 installed, (leaving it in there, the windows carve 350 MB partition on the SSD drive for a reason even if I chose the 1 TB drive to settle).
  3. install Win8 (I have the Technet version).
  4. updated all drivers Lenovo Web site except the Intel RST util, and I hooked version of NVIDIA driver for my video GeForce GT 650 M.
  5. do you have all Windows updates.
  6 clogged mSata SSD back in.
  7. download and install the 64-bit version of memory Cache Express (64-bit) that I found here:

  8. rebooted as guest

  When I came back to the top, I saw my SSD had a partition created and I can only ASSUME since I didn't see any Cache Express installation error and he ruled out a partition on the SSD drive to work. Don't know how I can check it really worked, but it's wayyyyyy closer I got after working on it for a week.   Hi, Im trying to start with vdr and Im having trouble the storage configuration, I want to add as a backup data store.

  Vdr Administrator's guide States that the vdr unit can accept 2 1 TB data warehouses.  Yet, when I try to add a drive on the virtual machine, that is the maximum of 256 GB!  Does this mean that I have to add 8 discs to use both LUN 1 TB I would use?

  I also tried adding a 256 GB drive for the virtual machine, and when I go through the wizard and try to set up a job, he said that it was disassembled. !

  Hi, the problem is in the configuration of the data store.

  When you format the data store, you select the size of block (that number to determine the maximum size of a virtual disk)

  The default value is 1 M, and the maximum virtual disk supported is 256G.

  If you can, remove the data store and the format with 4 M, and the maximum virtual disk will be 1 t (when you remove the data store all the info in this store of data will be lost).

  Whe you set the drive to the virtual computer, go to configuration in the admin of datarecovery vmware (solutions and applications in virtualcenter House), select destinations and format the new lun.

  I installed the server on HP Blade BL 460c ESX3.5 evaluation copy which has 60 GB of space. I have HP AIO 600 box with 1 TB of capacity and running win2k3 server OS storage. I want to use partion on HP AIO 600 box for all my vitual servers.

  How can I configure NFS partion on the storage win2k3 server and add on ESX3.5 server so that I can even use all virtual servers?

  Seems to me that you do not have good rules configured on Site1 and Site2 ASA on the VPN

  You must add the following configurations

  Site1

  access extensive list ip 192.168.42.0 inside_nat0_outbound allow 255.255.255.0 192.168.50.0 255.255.255.0

  access extensive list ip 192.168.42.0 outside_cryptomap allow 255.255.255.0 192.168.50.0

  -It would add both traffic between networks for VPN configurations and unnated traffic through to the remote end

  Site2

  outside_cryptomap to access extended list ip 192.168.50.0 allow 255.255.255.0 192.168.42.0 255.255.255.0

  This would add the traffic between networks for VPN configurations

  Seems that you already have the NAT0 configurations in place for networks, but not above the line for the VPN itself.
