Hello! I would like to end my subscription to my monthly salary for Adobe Flash Professional because of my studies ended. It is impossible to do online without help and there's just endless circle of links I need to visit without result. I did a search online that many people faced with the same problem for years. How can it be like that? So unfair how Adobe wants to control my bank account. In this case, I am disappointed by the service from Adobe. I hope someone from the Adobe staff can help me with this question (hoping to not send me links, but with real assistance with the cancellation process). All the best, Dace.

I have tried to give up my Adobe Stock project since last month and have not managed to do it again. I don't know what is happening, but whenever I try to cancel, I don't see the option to do so under the details of the plan. And now I get a notification of my credit card saying there is an attempt to charge me something I tried before my trial ended but had no success. And apparently, it's the norm for other users who started this 'free trial' and are having no luck cancellation. What is the problem?

I work for a charity. I thought I was ordering a "first month free" access to the photos of our Christmas appeal.
I used it once, just once, back in November 2015 and didn't know that my charitable organization was paying every month since then.When I called to cancel the subscription, they hit me with a tax heavy addition $120!
So, because of the very misleading advertising, my charitable organization paid $120 for 4 months of subscriptions not used (for a single photo!)and must now pay $ 120.
Adobe should be ashamed of himself. This practice of 'contract' is misleading.

I found a way around it. I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it. I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.
