Hello! I would like to end my subscription to my monthly salary for Adobe Flash Professional because of my studies ended. It is impossible to do online without help and there's just endless circle of links I need to visit without result. I did a search online that many people faced with the same problem for years. How can it be like that? So unfair how Adobe wants to control my bank account. In this case, I am disappointed by the service from Adobe. Impossible to cancel the subscription of the cc. Somebody help me now.
I tried to cancel my subscription via live chat all morning, but nobody is available. I need a customer service as soon as possible.
I had essentially harassed the @AdobeCare and finally, someone responded and cancelled my subscription for me. It took them about an hour to the answer, but only about 5 minutes to cancel the subscription.

I work for a charity. I thought I was ordering a "first month free" access to the photos of our Christmas appeal.
I used it once, just once, back in November 2015 and didn't know that my charitable organization was paying every month since then.When I called to cancel the subscription, they hit me with a tax heavy addition $120!
So, because of the very misleading advertising, my charitable organization paid $120 for 4 months of subscriptions not used (for a single photo!)and must now pay $ 120.
Adobe should be ashamed of himself. This practice of 'contract' is misleading.
